Another Outstanding Order!! I had previouisly ordered this item a few months earlier, and when another occasion surfaced, I placed another order...just with different personal information. This item is so unique and beautiful, since you can personalize it for whatever occasion you chose. It is listed as a "wedding" item, but I used it for a memorial recognition for a family member who lost a loved one. It's so universal, no matter the occasion. I will surely order again in the future.

I love this product very much . The only negative thing about it - it's text size . I carefully read other reviews before I placed the order and came to conclusion that the shorter your love letter is the bigger text size would be , so my letter came out nicely and easy to read .

Love At It's Best Even though this was listed under a different catagory, I loved that this item could also be used for other occasions to show one's love. I ordered two of these in memory of my great-nephew that died way too soon (at the age of 20). I loved the unique heart design and that I could add my own message and sediments...I actually put three bibical verses that would give the recipient words of encouragement, that they greatly appreciated. I also was able to put the name of the deceased and their birth/death dates. Was so pleased with the receipt and outcome of this item and would highly recommend it, whether for a marriage or in memory of a loved one loss to death. Would definetely order again. Pleasantly Surprised The object was beautiful. The printing was good quality. The only thing that I wish would have been different is that the print on the message would have been a little larger. I'm not sure if the print is that size on all of them or if it is possible that mine may have been small due to the fact that I wrote my own message and used the maximum amount of characters allowed. It may be a good idea to ask the staff prior to purchasing one, if it is an issue to you. It does not deter anything from my opinion.

Product features that you don’t like Everything was nice except the size of the text, it was too small.

One problem I absolutely love this and so does my wife. We both agree that the one very small problem with it is the etching. It is left completely exposed and can get dust and grime into the lettering. Other than that it is amazing and a lot better than I was thinking it would be for the price.
