Great idea The personalized letter is a great idea, but the word count should be limited to make sure that it's personalized in a readable size font.

The tool to get the text right is not very user friendly as its hard to figure out how many words (characters) will fit on each line. I had to keep going back and forth many times till i got it all to fit and look right. I would give them 2 stars on that. Also dont waste your money on the gift box. it is garbage and didn't come close to my item fitting it.

A nice touch for our anniversary I was very pleased with the gift itself! More importantly, my wife liked receiving it. The personalization was very nice and clean and it looks like a valuable keepsake. The only issue I had with my purchase was the gift box. I don't think it is important to see your company name on the top of the box. You could put it on the inside cover or inside of the bottom. I think that would look more professional. That's just my opinion. Otherwise, very pleased. Thank you!

Mostly Satisfied The product itself was great. One complaint I do have is regarding the so-called gift box that cost $6.99. It was flimsy with zero cushioning; it served more as an advertisement since it carries the company logo.
I would shop here again but will definitely not purchase the add-on "gift box"

A beauty! The keepsake personalized heart was smaller than expected, but it still was a little beauty. My wife loved it, special note meant just for her.

Very nice I am very satisfied with my purchase, and the recipient of the gift loved it. My only complaint is the router marks made by the engraver were a little course, and could be finished a bit smoother. Also, the gift box was a waste of money. I didn't like or use it.

Nice I heard people complaining saying that if you use all the characters or have to much text you can’t read it but that’s not the case at all I can clearly see it. A note to keep in mind is that it isn’t glass but it has a nice weight to it. It was a little smaller than I thought but it’s still very nice I love it.

Great Anniversary Gift! I loved the item and when I surprised my partner she also loved it as well. I personally thought it was going to be a bit bigger but my girlfriend said it was the perfect size so if she was happy then I don’t mind.

The only thing that I did not like was that I had to put a piece of colored paper behind it so you could actually see it from a distance, but that was not a big deal. Great gift..love it.

Slightly smaller than expected, and I wish I'd have proofread! By Shopper (Tampa, FL) - April 8, 2018 Well made, fair price, and very fast delivery at a reasonable extra charge. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be, just shy of 5" lying on its side as shown from the flat edge on the right to the rounded side on the left. But no complaints. Just be careful and take the extra 5 minutes to carefully look at every word you wrote, and don't rely on just a spell checker. Otherwise, as with myself, you could easily miss that you meant to say "our", but actually wrote "or".

Loved it I loved it so much. The price with all the discounts was great but then it added the shipping and it was a bit pricy. I think it should be less then 30$ with the shipping is ncluded. Great packaging as well. Great service.

Nice Nice product. Size is as advertised, ensure you read size description before ordering and you'll be fine. The product arrived quickly and well packaged (I selected the gift box option). Lettering was smaller than I expected but I did have a long message so that may have played a role in it. Overall, a good gift idea!

20th anniversary gift I ordered this for our 20th anniversary. It was just they way I thought it would be and my husband loved it. My only disappointment was that it didn't come with a stand

Very pleased I received my personalized heart in time for my dad's birthday and he loved it. The turn around time from the moment you order to the moment of receipt is phenomenally fast. The product is beautiful. I would of given it 5 stars but, the size was smaller and thicker than I expected. I also wish it had a stand. All in all though it's a great product from a great company.

She cried for 10 minutes, put it on the shelf and forgot about it. It's a gift with no practical purpose at all, but it wasn't too expensive so I guess it was worth it.

Great wedding gift I purchased this as a wedding gift and I love it. It looks like I spent way more than the cost. My only compliant is the gift was a little smaller than I thought ( I must not have paid attention to the measurements) but otherwise still beautiful. I used my own quote and it looks awesome. It arrived in a few days after it was purchased, and I can't wait to give it as a wedding gift.

Maggie The item you sent to me was very very beautiful. Me and my wife loved it. The only thing we do not like is the font size was vey small, although there was enough space on both sides of the gift to cover bigger font size. My wife could not read the writing!!!! I have to read it for her!!!

Wife's Valentines If this product were 4"-6" larger in diameter, it would be unbeatable! Even with its small size it is absolutely beautiful!

It's a great gift idea I loved how I was able to personalize it myself and give it as a Valentine's day gift to my wife. I would have given it a 5 star but the option of being able to get a stand with it wasn't there and it was a bit smaller then I thought but other then that it was beautiful.
