My gift By Shopper  (Finleyville, PA) - July 31, 2016 I got the heart with the souls saying on it . I was glad I did my wife liked it . The only thing that I did not like it looks cheap. A little more details would be so much nicer. I was hoping for it to look more like glass , but for the price I you get what you pay for . The other thing order a special card it was with it. Over all it was nice

sweet personalized gift I love the fact you can put a personal message of an item. the heart was good quality and size was great. the only thing i was disappointed in was I want the text to be a little bigger. It was difficult to read the small text. Other than that the name above & the signature were beautiful. This is a great gift.

Nice product By Shopper (Shingle Springs, CA) - July 12, 2015 This is a really nice gift, Make sure when you order one of these hearts you use one with this font and I would suggest you use capitol letters as well, because you cannot read the ones that are in written in the other fonts.

One thing that I love is that you can adjust the product to your liking as I did with this one. My mother wanted something special to give to her future granddaughter for her bridal shower and I ordered this on her behalf and changed it to what she wanted. I do that a lot when I order from here. You can use the personalization fields to fit your own idea to completely change the idea of the product.

My only issue with this one was that I was surprised how small the wording in the prayer actually was. It was still VERY beautiful though!

size & website The final product was beautiful, but the words were so small it was almost unreadable. It was for Mother's Day, and my Mom is in her sixties, so there were a few words that she could barely make out. Font should be bigger. But, the product was beautiful.
Website checkout did not work four times. Everytime I tried to checkout it erased my shopping cart. I tried it through the normal checkout and through PayPal, and they both deleted my shopping cart. I eventually gave up. The only reason you got me back is because I received an email the next morning saying my purchase was almost completed. This was a great email. So, I clicked the link on the email and the checkout process worked fine. I then ordered another product the next day for my girlfriend and the same problem happened. Again, the next morning, I got an email, clicked the link, and it worked. Despite the problems, the product was beautiful. I would definitely give them another chance and order again from them. Thank you.

Great buy It was a little smaller than expected but overall a great buy. Gave it to my girlfriend of 9 months for our first Valentines day and she cried when she saw it.

Small Font! Print is very small almost to the point I couldn't read it. (Suggestion)Larger font plus give more choices with something being etched other than the flower. My husband is a man secured with his manhood so the flower etched on this heart didn't phase him. Truly a beautiful item however, would be so much better with larger font.

great product. I got this product for my bf.. He loved it and its a beautiful piece.. Even though the product is smaller than the photo its so cool you can write your own message for them too! The shipping was fast and came way before Christmas!

Anniversary gift It is a nice piece, nice work except, the letters are very small. I can not read it with out a magnifier.

Superb Quality, EXCEPT..... This is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL... the lettering is nice and legible the only issue is it came with a chip in it so that was disappointing but other than that it is great.

Small print I purchased the "create your own" version. The item has a high quality look, but the print font is very small and not easily read. They admittedly make the print larger during the creating portion.
They did offer to let me return them (I purchased 7) for a store credit, But the sentiment of the gift was worth more to me. So as a company, they did try to make it right.
I have bought many items form this company and always satisfied in the past.

Product great / Service poor By Shopper (SUNMAN, IN) - February 23, 2019 The product was perfect. However, I ordered it Sunday and paid express delivery to have before Valentine's Day on Thursday. It didn't arrive and when I called they said it would come Friday. It didn't come Friday and they said it would for sure come Saturday. It didn't come Saturday and when I called they said they didn't know when it would arrive. It arrived the following Tuesday.

Better Late than Never The first one I received had a chip on the edge of the heart. You did send another, but it was not in time for Valentines Day. Timing is everything. I think your Quality Control process should be better before it is shipped. This could have been caught and avoided. I am fairly certain this did not happen in the mail. Packaging looked to good.

Nice - but with issues By Shopper (Mount Vernon, WA) - February 16, 2016 I gave this to my wife for Valentine's Day. The product looks nice over all but the text is a bit too small and not as sharp as I'd like it. I don't wear reading glasses and have excellent vision, but due to the text not being sharp and a bit small, you really have to look closely in order to read what's written. My wife appreciates it, but it's not as well executed as I would have liked. It was more of "it's the thought that counts" type present." Too bad.

Semi-Satisfied By Shopper (Lyndhurst, OH) - February 16, 2016 Recv'd the keepsake and was very surprised. The writing was perfect, the rose adds elegance and the actual quality is good however the size is VERY SMALL. I used 12 lines and you need a magnifying glass to read the words. I was very disappointed with the actual size, extremely small.
I recommend they limit the amount of lines to 6 and increase the letter size (make larger) so it's readable. Other than that, it's beautiful.

Not surprised By Shopper (Rhinelander, WI) - December 15, 2015 ALthough the very poor reviews with shipping this item was delivered on time and with no cracks or chips. Overall I was mostly pleased but the glass wasn't as it appeared. The lettering is on the back side and is hard to read through the glass.

It's smaller than I thought! The product came out very nice my only problem is the wording was really small. And the heart is smaller than I thought it would be!!!

Font too small By Shopper (INDEPENDENCE, MO) - February 21, 2015 I've ordered a number of engraved items and have always been extremely pleased, but I am disappointed with my last purchase of the engraved heart. The font is small and difficult to read. Upon previewing it before I submitted my order, the font didn't appear to be that small. I regret I didn't read the reviews as there were several other customers who voiced the same complaint. This is for a couple who celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. I just hope they'll be able to read it without having to strain their eyes to do so. Otherwise I love the engraved heart but so wish the print could have been larger.

Small text My wife absolutely loved it because it was made with my own words. My only disappointment was that the text was tiny and very hard to see. It didn't appear that way on the review when I designed it. Looks like there would have been room to make the font larger?

I used all the space possible but the lettering is very tiny There are still plenty of blank space, Could have easily handled a larger font size and I wonder if the font size adjust for how wordy you are or not? Otherwise I am thrilled with the product

Unhappy with final product The engraving on the heart is unable to clearly read unless it's held at a certain angle. Please replace this item with a better product. If it's the heart shape that is the problem, then I will choose another shape.
