Not happy with this item! By Shopper  (Stone Mountain, GA) - February 14, 2018 This product looks better in the advertisement than when I got it. My disappointment is with actually seeing the message printed. The letters are too light to appreciate how nice the heart can be. I put a piece of colored paper in back of the message and it shows wonderfully well but without it, it is difficult to read.

Disappointed By Shopper (Smithfield , NC) - December 29, 2017 The workmanship was excellent. However there was an extre line from the quote on the product and the print was in necessarily small. To the point it can barley be read.

Cheap The product is very cheap looking and the box it came in was awful

Heart When I seen the heart online it looked beautiful and I was so excited for it to come in the mail. When it arrived I was super pumped, I opened the package and it's just a hunk of plastic. Needless to say this will be the first and last one I buy!!

It is a nice piece the details are sharp and it is heavy it will last
My issue is that when it tells you how many characters you can fit per line on the heart it does not tell you that if you use all of them then you will need a magnifying glass to read it. It was way too small to read the print
Had I known I would have used less characters to make the reading easier.
If you use less words and the words are bigger this will be perfect as you see it

Small The piece itself is nice however when they show your message for review they fail to tell you that you will need a magnifying glass to read it. I would've wrote less so my dad could actually read what it said. Disappointed for sure

Preview pictures are very misleading By Shopper (raymond , WA) - January 30, 2015 I was thrilled to get this for my parents. My dad asked me to help him find something for my mom for valentines day. So we chose this and put a special msg on it. It looked great in the preview and you could read everything. Well I got the product and the made msg is so small we can not read it with out moving it all over just to get it in the perfect light or out of light. Its so small I have no idea how my parents will read it. I was very upset when I contacted customer service and they told me its just the normal size and they cant do anything about it. Well if this is your normal font size you need to send glasses with it please. I will not be shopping here again. The least they could of done was let me make a different one that was bigger words.

Disappointed I love the idea of the product but was highly disappointed with how small the writing actually is. My daughter will need a magnifying glass to read it. For these reasons I gift the heart gift a 2 out of 5.

Could be better It is a very nice idea. The heart is beautiful. However, I was disappointed. The lettering is so small my husband couldn't read the inscription without a magnifier in addition to his glasses. There is enough room for the lettering to be larger. It was too late to return it because it arrived just two days before Valentine's Day.

nice but print too small to even read Very beautiful idea, but the print is too small to even read, unless you already know what it says. A wonderful sentiment though. In the preview picture you could actually read the words, however in the finished product most of the words are far too small to read and not clear, except the larger print heading and the last three lines.

 It was broken The gift for my mother came broken, I’m sure it was shipment issues. I could provide pictures with prove. There is no time to redo my order before Christmas. Very disappointed.

Don't buy By Shopper (Coker, AL) - January 11, 2016 I personalized this item for an eye doctor who helped my daughter. The font is so tiny, he definitely will need glasses to see it. The heart is so small. I was 100% unsatisfied.

Very bad font By Shopper (ENCINO, CA) - December 30, 2014 I do not recommend this at all
1) Cheap plastic material , I thought its going to be made from the glass
2) The font is very bad, tiny, not clear
I'm very disappointed with this purchase.
