The difference in quality was remarkable. The clarity & it's finish was beautiful. When I ordered this ornament I also ordered another which u had designed (baby's 1st Christmas) w/the babies name & age on Christmas along w/another photo ornament I got w/a pic of tin man & my nephews name & year on it.(he was in the Wizard of Oz school play)They are ALL so beautiful. I just designed another 1st Christmas pic of my grandson & will order 2 of those on an ornament. Don't bother w/other sites or store photo dept. This is where u go if u want good quality & excellent service. Thanks Personalization mall????

5 ?? the first time, reorder had issues I originally ordered these and they came out perfect. No reorder possible so had to remake. Fine, Except that’s where the issues come in. The create your own simulator is clunky and difficult to recreate anything exactly. New round of ornaments is off center and shows some white edge which was not an issue before. Love the final product mostly but wish reorders were simpler.

Good Quality By Shopper (OMAK, WA) - December 26, 2019 The ornament was great quality and arrived in a gift quality pouch. One thing I was a bit disappointed with... I couldn't have a different image on Side 1 and Side 2. Both had to be the same. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this company.

Good product, don't order last minute... I ordered 5 of the Design Your Own ornaments. Each of my ornaments had minimal text and color on them. The ornaments arrived very quickly however, 3 or the 5 had blurry text. Personalized Mall was quick to replace the blurry ornaments. I would order again, but give yourself time in case you need to have replacements sent

Awesome!!! and easy design instructions This is great that I can put almost anything I want on my items. The design instruction was clear and alows you do to do pretty much anything.
PROS:

Chose your own photos or from a good library of thier own
Smooth transaction delivered on time
CONS:
Read the fine print - For dual sided design, what you put on the front is repeated on the back.
The finish artwork was not as vivid as shown online during design. Keep this in mind if your photos have shadowing, you may want to brighten it a bit.

Great Product The overall craftsmanship was great. Shipping time was great. I just didn’t like not being able to personalize each side differently. I thought I had the choice to put a picture on the 2nd side. I had to remake this ornament quite a few times because I couldn’t edit it once it was in the cart. That was pretty inconvenient. Just like with this review, I didn’t like the picture I posted but there was no way to delete it so I started over. However, I am satisfied with the finished product overall

Nice Personalized ornament I purchased several of these for coworkers with school logos on them. the design is great. be careful in making sure designs are centered correctly. mine were a little off centered, but still usable.

Good I love how you're able to create your own ornament and have it say whatever you want. My ornament came out very nice, the only negative thing I would say is some of the writing looked faded and was hard to see. I recommend using a bold font.

Good but could be better Love the idea of the ornament. My creation looked so clear online and when it arrived it was a little blurry and the writing on the bottom is very difficult to see.

The directions made it easy to customize the design. It was fun. The only negative is that the ornament is very plain. There isn't color or design or border. It says what I wanted it to say so I am happy I was able to create that. Thank you!

personalized ornament By Shopper (Phila, PA) - December 13, 2016 The ornament was quickly made and shipped, I wish there was a way to see the image clearer before ordering as it didn't line up exactly (hole for ribbon at top was through the image on the ornament but was not in the image on the website) and the image on the print was a little blurry. However the quality was great otherwise and came in a cute keep[sake bag and was shipped, well protected.

Great Ornament to continue our Tradition Each year my son and both of his grandmas exchange Christmas ornaments. This year he personalized the ornaments for each grammie and they turned out TERRIFIC. Best Big Brother medallion I created a make-your-own medallion for the brother to a new born baby. I had his name and BEST BIG BROTHER engraved on the medallion. It turned out so cute.

Design your own ornament The quality was fantastic! I have never ordered from your company before but I was please with the quality and quick shipment. My only complaint is that it wasn't as big as I was expecting and when I designed it on my screen the letters stood out, however when I received them the letters didn't stand out and was a bit hard to read.

Great for Remembrance I love that you can create an ornament special for yourself or someone you love. The picture was great, very clear and bright. The writing on the ornament was hard to read and didn't show up very well. But I am very happy with my custom remembrance.

Overall they were of good quality, and the price was very reasonable (I paid $9.99). The only gripe I have is that one of them was of a fairly dark photo, which I of course knew. However, the finished product was even darker than the original photo. It came out very, very dark. I was disappointed. The other one was very nice. Overall, this is a great product.

Vicki's review I designed my own ornament for a couple that said "our first Christmas" with a wedding picture on it. It came fast and looked lovely. I would make the fonts a little bigger if I did it again because the words were really tiny. They loved it though and it really looks nice.

 Personalization process has default settings that interfere with final productBy Shopper (Georgetown, KY) - January 12, 2023 I had to order 2 of these as the first one was done wrong. I am not new to designing my own products.I have used many programs to do so. The formatting that is used on this website has a 'default' setting when cropping an item that leaves a BORDER on the individual image. I had uploaded 6 images to use on one ornament. All the uploaded images had borders on them when printed. One image I used was from their images and it did not. I was sent an email from customer service telling me that one of my items-I had ordered something else-did not pass their quality control and I would be sent a new item. HOWEVER, when I began emailing them, I was told I would only get a 50% discount on new item. So I ended up paying about $30 for a $10 item with the cost of shipping. I fixed the issue on the new ornament as I finally figured out why the black borders were on the item! If you're trying to design a unique ornament, beware of default settings! They need to have an option to view before shipping!
