It smells like that nice wood smell, too. It is perfect. The only downside i would put is the ring sizes are a little too small for the capacity of photos it allows. it makes the book stay open a little. It is a great album, though.

Features I liked the detail of personalization and wood-like finish, but would have liked to be able to have put full first names instead of just initials on it.

Adorable My daughter gave this to her boyfriend for Valentine's Day. She put some pictures in it before she gave it to him. He loved it. It's also a great Wedding or Anniversary gift. The quality of the album is A+. I don't know how they do it but it looks like it's etched into the wood. We also ordered it close to Valentine's Day and paid the extra shipping because it was guaranteed to arrive before Valentine's Day. This is our second order we have placed and I would highly recommend.
