The keychain is good quality. The engraving is kind of faint, could be more pronounced. I would buy this again.

Personalized key chain with gift box Key chain is lovely. Don't pay the extra $5 for the gift box. It was cute but they stuck a shipping label on the back of the gift box, then shipped it in a normal container. The gift box was useless then. I've no idea why they would do that.

Tiny, but cute Great quality and it looks perfect, but it's a lot smaller than anticipated. I can't see some of the writing without looking super close. Fits in the center of my hand.

Beautiful Keychains The keychains I ordered were very nice. The only problem I had was the engraving, which looked good, was very light so it was a bit hard to see! They will make nice gifts.

Adorable! I gave this to my sister as a Christmas gift. Only thing I didn't like about it, was her name overlapped the message underneath. I considered returning it but as I said, it was a gift and I ran out of time. She still loved it even with the flaw.

Nice but hard to read The back part of the key chain was perfect but the front part of it was very hard to read I almost thought there was a mistake and the machine engraved over top of what was suppose to be written. I was disappointed in that but other then that was what I was expecting.

Font too small This was a wonderful gift to give! It was presented as a gift to a leader at a ladies event. She really loved it! My only disappointment was that the heart was too small, which made the Font too small to read. The first thing she said was, I need to grab my glasses :( This was not an old person. I felt like the font was too small also when I received it. The heart needed to be larger with the option of a larger Font size. Although it was a lovely personalized gift and she loved it, I don't think I would buy another one.

 Heart keychainI was again totally disappointed with the key chain I bought for my granddaughters 12th grade graduation! You can't even read the lettering that is slanted on the side! Wish you would have contacted me to let me know before engraving! It was your company that allowed that many letters. So bummed.

Loved it...at first! I bought this for a friend at Christmas. It arrived and was exactly what I wanted; the phrase was easy to read, and overall I was very pleased. Fast-forward to today, and I saw it on her keychain. With what I would consider minimal usage (she doesn't have anything bulky on her key chain, or many keys on it), the words are completely illegible, and it is significantly scratched up. I feel that the etching of the wording was done very faintly.
I'm so disappointed that the words are no longer there, because it was a special phrase for a very good friend. I would not recommend this product to anyone who anticipates that it will actually be placed on a key chain. This is my first disappointment in anything from personalizationmall.com.
