Great Customer Service I received my order quickly but noticed the print was not straight. I reached out to customer support and the process could not have been any easier. They requested a picture of the print and sent a replacement right away. They accepted they made a mistake and wanted to make it right as quickly as possible.

AWESOME GIFT I purchased this product as a closing gift for my sellers - they simply LOVED it. They bought their first home from me approx. 4 years ago, then had to move out of state for a new job opportunity... since being in their first home they had their two boys..so i wanted them to have something on the wall that reminded them of their first home where they had their two boys. Should have bought larger Quality was great, and exactly as described, but after I received it, I realized that I should have ordered the larger size. It was 12" x 18" as described.
