The perfect memory This cross is such a wonderful item that I am giving in loving memory of my friend’s mother. Just delighted with this purchase. I had one made when her father passed and the mother at that time kissed it goodnight and slept with it every night until her passing. She was buried with holding the husband’s cross next to her heart. Thanks again for such a precious gift.

Very nice but could be better I expected the appearance of the item to be vivid but instead it is grainy causing the photo area to be dull and the print difficult to read. The person's name at the top isn't centered as it should be. Despite my complaints, it's a very nice item and the recipient loves it.

Gift for my cousin who’s dad passed away The cross was beautiful, but it was way smaller than I thought. I paid for express shipping to get in time for the funeral to present at the funeral. The cross was a little bigger than a envelope. The picture made it look medium size!!!

Good enough Don’t get me wrong, it was very cute and perfect for a gift. It’s a wooden cross and the photo, color, words, everything put together is just printed on. I’m not sure why I thought it was going to be painted or carved or something else. It’s still a great gift and I don’t regret buying I just wanted to let my other shoppers know, if you are looking for good quality maybe find something else.

Memorial Cross for friend My friend was very moved by the cross. I sent this in lieu of flowers. I did have difficulty in uploading a picture that had the correct formatting. I wish she could have inserted her own picture. She was quite pleased.

Smaller Than Expected I love this product. However , it did come smaller than expected . The only other thing is that when I entered text my auto correct misspelled a word and the vendor printed as written instead of asking if it was correct. Instead of In it spelled I’m .

Looked just like picture. I orders them in light grey 8x12 and paid for expedite shipping. They arrived on time and packaged well. I did expect them to be a little heavier and durable but overall they came out great. I will be ordering myself one next!

The only problem I had with this last cross was there was a spot on the picture this time. I ordered two crosses with the same picture and only one of them has the light spot in it. It’s not on the face just the background. Other than that I love the crosses.

Personalize 4ever cross They were prefect. They will be a beautiful forever lasting memory. The picture did come out a Li'l blur but you can still tell who it is. If the picture hadn't been a slight blur I would have given 5 stars. I like everything about it and it's workmanship.

beautiful My mom passed away on July 4 and I wanted to give my sisters something in memory of my mom for them to hang in the their home. I purchased three, one for each of us. I got the violet, tan, and slate blue. They are so nice, lightweight but sturdy, very easy to hang. They only thing is that the slate blue looks like a light gray. You can't really see much blue but it's still very nice. It's also bigger than I thought. I was very pleased and my sisters loved them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nicely Made By Shopper (Clinton, IA) - August 2, 2014 I order a personalized Cross and received it THREE days later. How impressive is that for delivery for an online order? I used standard shipping also, not express fees.
The product as the other three I have ordered from Personalizationmall.com is very nicely made. The writing is very readable, not faint or smudged like some products you can find on the internet. The picture is bright and the colors are excellent. The only reason I gave it Four Stars rather than Five is the material the cross is made of could have been a stronger/better material. But I am very happy with the end product anyway.

 Photo is streakedI have ordered several items from here of which I like, but this product and the wooden block photo are my least favorite because the photo quality doesn’t come out very well. I just lost my dog of 14 years and I wanted this lovely cross to memorialize her but when I received it the photo has 3 very visible horizontal striations. It’s likely because of the material as well as the printer. I of course will keep it because of the sentimental value but I would suggest a different material

Replacement cross This is a replacement for my first one. The first one I ordered was off color. Customer service sent me this replacement and it looks great. This is a good product would of been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact I had to get it replaced.

Not what I expected By Shopper (Columbus, OH) - December 24, 2021 This was something I was doing for me and my family in remembrance of my son. The item I ordered is what I got. I just expected something more than what looks like a sticker stick on a composite cross. Yes it will hang in my house as something to remember my son. Yes I will be looking to get something else that is better quality. For the cost I want happy at all. The only good thing I can say is it was late on delivery time but they refunded my shipping.

Too small Unfortunately it’s so small it almost not worth it. I did reorder the bigger size and I’ll review again after delivery.
