I bought this item for my daughters to give their grandma for Christmas. The personalization on it was great, but it was a bit small and the back side is a little rough to the touch due to the etching.

It has all the names i customized with but you can hardly see every name. There is one that doesnt have a full name at all because of where the hole was punched for the string. Cute product but shouldn't be able to put so many names on it. They do not fit.

It looked ALOT thicker in the picture like a glass heart we bought from them before. Very thin and very small. Engraving was done really good though.

I requested this ornament with "Grams" instead of Grandma
when it arrived is said GramC! So disappointing, I had to give it to my mom and show her the paper work that stated Grams only to receive the wrong spelling.

The suncatcher was a bit smaller than I anticipated. It was virtually unreadable because of the small print and the necessity of putting something dark behind it in order to make out the words which you will not do when hanging by a window.

I purchased this suncatcher for my grandmother's 96th birthday. Not only is the suncatcher extremely light with no weight quality to it, it appears very cheaply made! Also, the writing is EXTREMELY small and if the gift is for an elderly individual there is NO WAY they will be able to read the script on the product. Heck, I couldn't barely read it!!!!!!!!!
I would not recommend buying this product whatsoever. Was very embarrassed to give this gift to my grandmother, especially as it was meant for a special occasion!!!!!!!!!!! Had to find an alternative gift from another company. Personalization Mall needs to look at there products more closely for quality assurance.
