There was a small flaw on the side when it arrived so I notified the company and they immediately shipped me ouf a replacement at no charge to me. So happy with this company and their products. Beautifully designed. Purchased this as a gift for a first communion. Considering the price, I though it may look cheap with the engraving however I was wrong. This was beautifully made and the engraving was very well done. Looked very expensive. The perfect gift for a keepsake. The little girl and parents loved it.
