lovely item and idea i havent saw the actual box since i had it shipped directly to my graduating niece so please keep in mind i'm taking the word of that very excited 17 year old niece when she messaged me she got it, but shes so happy with her keepsake box and the job personalization mall.com did with it that i figure 5 stars is spot on, it was excellent order easy to do the communication and shipping was great, she got it so quickly i couldnt believe it! her words were thank you SOSOSOSOSOSOS much. i JUST LOVE IT i love whats written on it and my name and went on with how shes planning on putting her photo in cap and gown on the top. i personally thought it was lovely in the photo and i too liked the phrase on top and the fact you could put the graduates name on top as well as thier class year, as did my friends that i showed the photo to. so Thank you! job well done!

Wonderful Keepsake Box Very pleased with the keepsake graduation box I purchased. The only thing I would have wanted (in order to give it 5 stars) was the ability to make the font different on the name personalization. Otherwise, great product!

Required replacement The first box I received was flawed, with the bottom row of text cut off and actually was printed on the lower portion of the box. I called customer service and was asked to submit photos of the box prior to their approval of a replacement. The replacement arrived less than a week later and is satisfactory in quality.

Great but not GREAT By Shopper (Pittsburgh, PA) - April 30, 2018 Everything I just about loved on this keepsake box and I know my daughter will love it when I present it to her with some jewelry for her graduation BUT , on the personalization the passage number in the Ephesians "11" came out printed with the numbers too close and it looks like just "1" This does make it an entire other acripture I was trying to reference which is unfortunte, but the box is solid wood and really great.

Glad Grad! Box was better than expected with it's domed lid. Staining on engraving could have been darker to show up more. Love the message conveyed. A personalized item shows the thought that went into a gift, not just something you could pick up at a store. Will make a Grad, glad!

The quality of the engraving is excellent and I was very pleased with the item. My only negative observation is that the finish inside is not as good as the outside but on the whole the item is very good value for money and will make a wonderful graduation gift.

Very nice! This box looks really nice. I like the color of the wood and it is well done. The only problem I have with it is that it does not have a magnet that will help the top cover stay closed. Once it has been opened, it does not stay completely closed. I would only hope it is just a temporary thing because it is new, I don't know that yet.

The only reason I did not give it a 5 out of 5 was because I was planning on having my son use this box to keep everyday items such as cell phone, wallet, etc. while at college. The hinges looked a little on the flimsy side so I'm not sure how it will hold up to being opened and closed everyday. It arrives quickly.

Photo Keepsake We bought this box for our daughter's college graduation. She has always loved getting gift boxes and was thrilled with this one. The only thing I would have wished was that this had some velvet on the inside for her keepsakes.

graduation keepsake box I was very pleased with the memory box and am sure my granddaughter will be as well. May I make a couple of suggestions, however. I think the lid hinges should be the type that allows the lid to only open half way and not allow the lid to extend all the way backward. I also think it would be nice to have at least the bottom of the box covered--perhaps felt. it would just make it look more finished, and if the box were to be used for jewelry, would also protect the box from scratching.

Very Nice It is a beautiful box and they did a great job with the engraving. The only reason i gave it a 4 was because it would have been nice if it had a liner of some sort in the bottom.

Great gift I'm very happy with my purchase. Another reviewer thought the writing was very legible but I thought it looked great. I added a piece of adhesive-backed black felt on the inside for added protection.
