Large jar perfect for teacher By Shopper (Tallahassee, FL) - May 6, 2014 I bought this glass jar for my daughter's teacher on Teacher Appreciation Day. We filled it with Lifesavers (like the picture), and it actually holds more than I thought! It's beautifully engraved, though a bit hard to read. I think her teacher is going to love it.

Nice By Shopper (Los Angeles, CA) - February 15, 2021 The jar is nice, however the top only has suction on one side, therefore it comes off easily, so beware if you're getting this for a classroom, because if a child picks it up by the top, there is nothing holding the bottom of the jar on and it may break. Also, the writing is very light, so when there are colorful treats in the jar, it's difficult to see the writing. All that being said, it is a very nice gift and I do recommend it.

Mediocre Satisfaction The jar itself is fine, but the engraving is in dire need of improvement on this product; on some of the lines, the engraving is barely discernable. Cute idea, but execution of the idea needs improving. I think this is the 1st product from this site that I failed to give a 5-star rating.

Perfect Size for Candy By Shopper (Elkins, WV) - December 23, 2016 I ordered this for my desk at school (I'm a teacher). The engraving is a little hard to read- especially when it is empty. It is easier to read when there is candy or something colored in it.

Engraved Glass Jar The jar is very well made; glass is VERY THICK and lid stays on tight!
Only problem is the WHITE ENGRAVING-It would be nice to have COLOR OPTIONS FOR THE ENGRAVING! The white is difficult to see!

Nice Looking Gift By Shopper (San Jose, CA) - March 3, 2016 The jar is very nice looking and is an ideal gift that fits our purpose. We filled it with mini chocolate bars in gold wrappers and stuck a well wish note saying "May your house be filled with gold bars". The personalized note looks great!
If the lid were more airtight, it would be perfect.

Gift for teacher Love this product. My only issue is that once you fill it with candy you really cannot see the personalized writing. What would have made it truly perfect is to have the engraving in some type of color. Other then that, love it.

Personalized candy jar By Shopper (Apple Valley, MN) - January 6, 2021 The jar was smaller than expected and the cover was loose on one of them and was not sealed very tight. The jar is also made of very thin glass, worried it could break easily. They used to have a heavier duty jar that was perfect but they must have discontinued that product. What a shame.

Teacher gift Nice heavy glass container. The engraving is so light you can barely read the words. A little disappointed because the personalization of the container was the main purpose of buying the gift.

Fast shipping, kind of hard to read By Shopper (Clyde, MI) - July 14, 2015 As usual amazingly fast shipping and the jar appears to be of great quality. I bought it as a gift for my friend's 4oth birthday and had her name and then Happy 40th Birthday! engraved on it. I wanted something to mark the milestone that she could use but not be blatantly obvious either. It's actually a bit too difficult to read the engraving than I would have liked. Maybe if it's filled with dark colored candies it would be easier, I'm not sure. I won't rule out buying it again but I'd probably review other options first.
