Nice item, but doesn't work for short names. This is a nice item, especially for the price. However there is one drawback. The teacher's name I had it personalized with is only 2 letters long, and whatever puts the name on stretched it out. I'm hoping she recognizes her name because it really doesn't look like it.

Perfect for Pre-K Teachers!! This gift was absolutely loved by my son's Pre-K teachers. The finished product was beautiful. I will say; however, the etching of the name on the heart is not quite as clear as pictured.

VERY PRETTY ORDERING AND SHIPPING WENT VERY SMOOTH. I ONLY WISHED THE ETCHING OF THE TEACHERS NAME WAS DARKER. THE ETCHING WAS VERY LIGHT - IN THE SUNLIGHT IT IS VISIBLE, BUT, WOULD BE NICE IF IT WAS MORE LEGIBLE. I AM SURE THE TEACHER IS GOING TO BE VERY TOUCHED BY THE GIFT.

Almost Perfect By Shopper (Markle, IN) - December 14, 2015 This was a great gift. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the name in the heart was much harder to read than what it shows online. You can barely make out the writing. All in all, I would order again.

Teacher Christmas present Really nice. Just wish it came with the suction cup for hanging. Bought the hanger but seems a little big if they wanted to keep it in the class room. But I am sure they will like them.

Ornament By Shopper (Miami, FL) - May 11, 2015 The glass was nicely engraved; however, the ribbon was not of the same quality. It took away the elegance. Also the gift boxes should include the name of the store in a discrete spot and not enlarged at the front. I cannot use the boxes.

 Product Quality Changed!?Normally a 5 star! I have purchased this item before and was quite pleased with the quality and presentation of the ornament! The glass had weight, was thick, and the inscription stood out! The packaging was impressive - bubble wrap, in a box, and a velvet like pouch to protect and store the ornament. What I received this time was disappointing! The packaging, all bubble wrap, no velvet pouch, and glass was thin diminishing the inscription! I get saving the environment, but NOT the quality!

 Not what I expectedThe ornament isn't horrible; but while I expected it to be small, I didn't expect it to be so thin. The printing/picture on it is not very dark either. Someone would have to be right on it to see what it says. I wouldn't recommend this particular ornament. It did ship fast, and everything is correct on it.

Just ok The hole where the ribbon goes was chipped and the frosting in the heart where the teachers name goes was spotty making the name hard to read. Called customer service and they sent a new one that didn't make it in time to give our teacher before Christmas break. Our money was refunded. Customer service was nice about the issue.

Suncatcher The writing was very difficult to read. The name was not written thick like the photo online. It's a neat idea but I would not order this product again.

NOT a suncatcher! By Shopper (COLORADO SPRINGS, CO) - December 4, 2014 I have previously ordered suncatcher's from this website for other family members with no issues. We ordered this "suncatcher" for my daughter's teacher at Christmas time assuming it would be as prior received. However, the mini suction cup that is required in order for it to be deemed a "suncatcher" was vacant. When calling customer service, they were very uninformative/not helpful! Therefore, this is merely an ornament, which lacks the year round benefits I presumed. Very disappointed through and through.I would imagine that they would have had no issue mailing me a $0.15 part, such as the suction cup - especially as this suncatcher was more expensive to begin with!! To no avail, it is rather incomplete and definitely useless as a suncatcher....

 Hard to readBy Shopper (Lawton, OK) - December 17, 2014 I ordered this for my daughters preschool teaches assistant. It looks pretty good, HOWEVER, you can barely read the personalized wording at the bottom. The white lettering isn't clear and crisp like in the picture. It's all pushed together and hard to read.
