LOVE IT I am very pleased with this mug. The printing and photo turned out nicely. However, I do have one regret, and that is the big white space on the back of the mug where the handle is. This white space takes away from the beauty of the cup. In my opinion, it would have been much prettier if the black background wrapped around to gradually fuse with BOTH sides of the photo, not just with one side. All that said, it still deserves five stars. Thanks again, Personalization Mall. I WILL be back.

Awesome mug The mug was beautifully done. Arrived on time. My only caveat is I had to pay for rush delivery because there was no real estimation on the regular shipping.

Perfect gift This was a gift for Grandma. We live on the other side of the country so we don't see them that much & the picture mugs were perfect. Grandma loved her mug & the special personalized message we wrote. She said it was "The best gift she ever got"

Memory Cup The cup is wonderful. My only wish is that the printed saying I added was larger - it is very small print. It needs to be 3 x as big.

Great product and great service By Shopper (Brooklyn, OH) - May 26, 2014 I was a little nervous with how the product and my personalized message would look, but when my mug came in the mail (took less than a week) the image on the mug looked great and all of my personalized message was accurate. It wouldve been nice if the font on the mug was a bit larger, but overall the mug was wonderful and the person I gave the mug to as a gift absolutely loved it. Will definitely return for any future personalization's that I need.

I had, also, selected for them to be sent in their special boxes as they were to be given as gifts. All I can say is that they arrived beautifully wrapped and the quality and craftsmanship of both picture and verse was exquisitely done. In restrodpect I should have ordered one for myself.

 Good except it's hard to control where the fade in the photo happensBy Shopper (Chicago, IL) - August 13, 2019 This is a nice mug and I like that you can write a longer message. The only drawback is it's very difficult to control exactly where the photo starts to fade into the black of the message section. It appeared I'd done a good job of getting the cut point exactly where I wanted, but now I have a weird situation where my uncle's face is like half visible in the image so it's not perfect. But otherwise it's very nice.

A Gift that Keeps on Giving By Shopper (West Palm Beach, FL) - December 18, 2015 We purchased this mug for our Mother with a photo from our last trip to Sicily. The quality is fantastic, but we were disappointed that the full photo was encroached on by the black text area. Our recommendation to Personalization Mall would be to "adjust" the text area so that the whole cropped photo in the preview phase is displayed. Or change the "black" text area with white lettering to a "white" text area with black lettering. Otherwise, as with most of their products, we are very pleased.

Looks nice Looks nice. How ever I do wish it was black all around. Behind the handle there's a white block. But other then that it's cool, I love that you can add a poem. Either come up with your own or have one of theirs. Very nice.
