 Great QualityThe quality of the cup and the printing is excellent. I've had other personalized mugs from this company, and they are still retaining their color and sharpness after several years of going through the dishwasher. The only thing I'd point out about this mug is that a bit of the right side of the photograph gets cut off in order to accommodate the poem, and the font is rather small. But I thought it was worth it in order to be able to have a rather lengthy verse.

Personalized 15oz. Coffee Mug Fun gift, given to my Physical Therapist as a Thank You for her help. I am disappointed that the blue color of my jeans in the photo came out so dark that it is almost the same shade as the black background of the sentiment next to it. Can't distinguish it as part of the photo. Otherwise, the mug is good quality, and the recipient loved it!

good product The product is nice but the font is really small on the mug. Its a nice quality mug that has a black handle as apposed to the white plain ceramic ones you can get everywhere else. I would recommend it to someone but only if the person receiving the gift has excellent eyesight.

Love it but one thing... Only reason I didn't give a 5 is because the font for the message is insanely small! I bought this as present for Grandma's 90th bday, so bigger font would have made it perfect.
And there seems to be no reason as there is plenty of room for it to be larger.
Even in the preview it looks larger than the actual product.

Great gift This mug was a great mother's day gift. I was disappointed I couldn't use the picture I wanted since I couldn't get it to fit on the mug. It still turned out good with a different pic.

The description said it was a black mug but when I received it, it was mostly black but the part under the handle was white. It looks weird and I don't understand why it was printed that way. I also purchased a blue one and the same thing happened with that one. The picture that was printed was stretched more than on the preview also. The mug is of good quality just disappointed in the weird white area and the stretched picture.

Torn with this product I got this for my dad last year for christmas and it came out really good. It was clear and bright. My mom loved it so much so I got her one for christmas this year along with the pillow. My mom's mug came out really blurry. I didn't really realize how blurry it was until I gave it to her on Christmas and put it by my dad's. So I loved the first one and not so much the second time.

Beware Photo transfer quality excellent. But lettering inferior and not what I'm used to from PMall. Great customer service and awaiting replacement mugs at no cost. Beware of lengthy sentiments because font size changes and too small to read. PMall doesn't tell you this in mug description.

Get out your magnifying glass! I really like the picture of my daughter I personalized this cup with.. it's this mugs only redeeming quality because the quote I chose is illegible. Extremely tiny font .. Couldn't make font bigger .. Wouldn't purchase again.

 Not a suitable giftBecause as soon as they open the present, you will have to make excuses for the tiny font.
Not at all like the pictures would have you believe and it does not matter how many lines you add, the font size if the same. So small I had to get my reading glasses out.
I complained but was told this is not an error!

Font much smaller than shown - Site said that there was no error I was sure that a mistake had been made when I received them and could not read the text without reading glasses. On the product picture the font is much larger, but in the response from the site, they said that if it was made again the result would be the same.
I definitely would not use theses for gifts.
