Great gift This was a gift for my uncle. I spent a good deal of time on the words and tried to find a picture of a submarine he would like. He was very complementary and was planning to show his friends. It was a nice gift for a very reasonable price.

Something to note though, the white that is shown in the example foto where the handle is, is not a part of the foto, that white will show on the final product. The foto does not extend to the handle, it stops just a bit before. If you don´t like this you could choose the ¨White¨ mug instead of the blue. As far as shipping, I was a little confused about the process and how long it would be manufactured before being shipped so maybe they could clarify that a bit more (took 2 - 3 days) then I received a link to track the product through ups and everything was fine. It arrived exactly on the date indicated. The process was great overall and the person loved the gift!!!

Turned out PERFECT! I purchased this for my Son-in-Law for Father's Day. Took a Black and white photo of him reading a bedtime story to my two grandchildren that his wife (my daughter) took of him as she peeked through the doorway without him knowing... it is a precious photo alone. But then I added the following caption as the personalization; " The greatest mark of a father is how he treats his children when no one is looking"
It turned out PERFECT! I can not wait to give it to him along with a bag of his favorite coffee beans!

Speedy replacement The photo I received on the first mug was pretty dark, so I took a picture and sent to their customer service. They provided a speedy replacement with a brightened photo mug. It came out really nice.

Much better than I expected! Great Service All-Around Accidents happen, and 2 days before Christmas my cup arrived broken. Not only was a replacement cup mailed to me in time for Christmas, I didn't have to pay for the replacement. Great service!!! As for the mug, it is my second time ordering it, and I like that it is very solid and substantial. The images I chose for each one also looked very nice on the mugs.
