 Dad loved his coffee mugMy Dad LOVED his coffee mug... I put a lil poem with a pic of me his daughter... but it took what SEEMED FOREVER to find a pic that would FIT!! It was frustrating... but the END product which took me hours...was FINALLY DONE and Dad LOVED IT!!! So neat to be able to personalize things for family...JUST SWEET!! The bleeding effect ...I think is what caused the pic to be sooo hard to fit on there... but I figured it out...

Love it ..however By Shopper  (philadelphia, PA) - June 6, 2017 This product i loved however to my surprise because i order alot of items from here the picture was layed not fully aligned all the way even around the cup as usual which was alittle disappointing because it was a father's day gift to my dad luckily it wasn't that bad for me to return the cup because the rest was beautifully done

nice mug! Very nice mug, my only complaint would be that the picture was facing to the back of where you hold the handle if you are right handed. I prefer to see the picture and not the sentiment. If it could be oriented for right or left handed people and it would be perfect!

Cool I cant see what say a lees. I use glasses. But it's pretty the picture is perfect lovet !! Maybe next time. I do al big letter ? ????

Nice Cup The Cup is very nice, the photo came out Great. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the poem I wrote the letters are so small you need 3.0 magnifying glasses to read it.
Other than that the price is VERY Good, it ships SUPER Fast and it looks Fantastic.

Great product! By Shopper (Saint Cloud, FL) - June 26, 2016 I love the way this product looked, but was a little worried that it wouldn't look right with what I wanted. The picture was a bit darker than I had anticipated...but that is only where the photo fades into the black area where the quote is, so that isn't a big deal, because that is how it is supposed to be. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I put my own quote on the mug that was very short and the letter size is EXTREMELY tiny.

11oz mug The picture came out clear (vey good quality) but the writings were a bit small than expected. They can make it bigger font for future reference.

Good, but... My Dad loved the mug, but the writing is very small! The picture was great and overall, it was a great gift. Just wish one could make the writing larger.

Memory Mug This was a gift and the picture turned out wonderful but I have to say I'm disappointed the text was so small it was difficult to read the message! Other than that it's a wonderful gift option.

Watch for White Stripe By Shopper (San Mateo, CA) - December 10, 2015 This worked out really well and I'm glad I got it as a gift. Do watch out though, as there's a vertical white strip behind the handle after the quote and before the picture. Other than that, it was a good purchase, and I certainly recommend it.

Got a good laugh out of him which was what I was hoping to accomplish! Shipped quick! Font seemed to have the very tops of it cut off. Maybe due to the amount of text I had on the mug? Either way it still turned out just fine.

Nice but needs one change I ordered this for my dad and it turned out beautiful except I can hardly read the quote on the mug WITH my glasses on due the fact the printing is SO small. So I think it's going to be even harder for him to read. Other then that the mug is very nice and the picture looks gorgeous on it.

Good The product is good. Only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that the words are too small and over time I feel that one won't be able to read it once it wears off. If you don't have 20/20 vision, you'll likely need a magnifying glass to read the text.

Gift for my Daughter I am so happy with what I ordered. I was leery because I didn't know how the picture would look on the mug but when I received it I was so happy! I will defiantly order another mug. The only thing I wish was different is the size of the font. It is small. Other than that I love it.

Satisfied with recent purchase I liked the product I ordered and for the most part the personalization was nice; however I do wish the message I wrote would have printed a little bigger. It was pretty hard to read, the font was too small.

You might need glasses to be able to read what is typed! I have perfect vision.. I bought this for my grandpa and I’m worried he might have a hard time reading the words.

White Spot I didn’t notice that there is a big white block on the mug, I thought it was from the picture they showed on the mug but no it’s just a white block by the handle which I thought would be the same color as the mug. It’s just an eye sore and it stands out like a sore thumb so maybe choose a white mug not navy blue.

SMALL WRITING By Shopper (Discovery Bay, CA) - January 9, 2019 The product itself is great but the writing came so incredibly small it's super hard to read. Looks to me like there was PLENTY of room to enlarge the writing so you're not squinting. There isn't an option to adjust the font size when ordering either.

Picture beware Loved the design, but when my order arrives, my picture was cut off. The mug was supposed to show my husband and I dancing st our wedding. He was cut out of most of the picture. Disappointing. The mug is good quality, though, and the wording came out nice.

Ok The wording was very small I also thought it would be centered but was not and the picture did not wrap around the entire mug there is a white open spot I wanted the entire mug to be black!
