 Glass Wedding Picture Frame Gift for my Son and New Daughter N LawBy Shopper (Overland Park, KS) - September 7, 2023 Pretty piece of glass. My only complaint is that the white frosted lettering needs to be darker or brighter. Hard to read since it’s on glass and you obviously you see threw it and you get a reflection since it’s clear glass . A couple of the letters aren’t completely frosted. Saying that for the price it’s a nice keepsake as this is my son’s second marriage. Would look for a little better quality if it was his first. But with that when pic is in it I think will look nice. Gold trim nice touch.

Beautiful. Great Price Ordered this wedding gift last minute. The newlyweds loved it! They even like the option they have to change their picture I selected. I would have given it 5 stars, but I really didn't like the stand to hold frame.

Completely agree with many others, there is a gold frame around the photo and takes away from the rest, as it is gaudy looking.

Should definitely be silver! Satisfied but if it were silver, I would be completely thrilled!

Pretty frame Very pretty frame. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the engraving is very pale and you can hardly see it unless it's in front of a dark background.

Very Pretty - Not So Sturdy This is a gift for my co-worker. I love the gift but find the glass to be very thin. I was almost afraid to pick it up with one hand. The glass felt so thin I thought it would break. Beautiful frame otherwise.

Wedding gift Very nice photo frame with couple's names. I am somewhat disappointed that I did not pay more attention to the description of this product because I thought it held a larger photo. It is only sized for a 4 X 6 picture. The personalization is exactly as pictured. A lovely gift. The positive part of its size is that it won't take up much space. For a military couple that will be an advantage.

Nice Frame This frame was nice but there is one I like better from this company for wedding gifts. The Mr & Mrs was a little light but you could see it. I did like the size of the frame and the fact it has a holder so it will sit on a table. You don't have to purchase a plate holder and it doesn't have that anoying kickstand in the back. I am sure the bridge and groom will be happy with it.

Beautiful product. Terrible delivery... I bought this item as a gift for the bride and groom. I paid for expedited shipping and the product still arrived two days late. I could forgive all this, but once I saw how carelessly the delivery service was, I was appalled. I watched as the delivery man carelessly toss my all GLASS product on to my porch, which resulted in a broken corner.
I contacted PM and they were quick to fix this issue and offer me a refund.

The trim around the print is very gold The process of ordering was great! Very fast turn around and delivery time. But, the trim in the photo is dialed back for the photo. When it was delivered, I was shocked and disappointed at the true color of gold. It's quite goddy in my opinion and I have no choice but to gift this as is being days away from the wedding. But head's up: the trim is dialed way back and the "golden sunset" photo in the marketing photo does a good job of taking a buyer's attention away from the goddy gold trim.

Good Quality By Shopper (Doral, FL) - March 7, 2017 It's nice but I'm not sure why the 'M' in Mrs. is a common letter and the S is capital also I wish the engraving was a bit darker. Due to the light paint on the walls you can barely see the engraving.

It was on the box, on two places on the frame. It makes it obvious where it came from. I would have liked to keep the source as anonymous.

Nice Frame was beautiful! Very happy with that! I ordered the gift packaging for $5.95 extra and was very disappointed with what I got. A box that has the Personalization.com logo on the top. So basically I paid for the privilege of advertising for the company. Save your money!

Beautiful, but don't like the stand By Shopper (Angier, NC) - August 19, 2018 This is a gorgeous picture frame; it's a great size, and it's easy to read. But, I do not like the stand at all. While the stand works beautifully, it's awkward moving around. It's 2 small acrylic pieces w/ a slit for the frame to fit in. So, moving it around is annoying. I like the frames where the stand is attached.

They told me the item is already done and they can not do anything about it. I had to order and pay for the new one.
