Could have been really beautiful, if there was just some attention put towards the printing process. Some of the words cannot be read at all (literally not visible).
Description says "We apply a dark transparency on the same side as the text across the photo to enhance your personalization," and "professionally produced."
They did not even put the transparency fully across the words. I did the personalization according to what the system allows when creating the item. If the wording cannot go that far across the page due to where they put the screen, the system should not allow for the words to go that far across when it's created.
I was told it didn't turn out correctly because it was white text on white background (NOTE: white on white is the SAME as the sample on the web site). I was told it was produced "correctly." This is their standard of quality.
