Just Perfect The frame is just perfect. I downloaded their engagement photo (it took me longer to do that then it took to order the frame!) and it looks beautiful. I will be giving it to the bride to be on Sunday. I know she'll love it.

Greatest gift! I have given these frames for many occassions. They are always a huge hit at bridal showers. What bride doesn't want something with her new name on it?! I also give them as wedding gifts. I've ordered the pink and blue ones for baby gifts. Once I ordered two because I actually was closer to the Grandma than the babies' mother, so I bought one for the new Mommy and one for Grandma! Never a bad choice!!

Mr and Mrs collection frame - black I really love this frame. I gave it as a gift to my best friend and have gotten so many great compliments on it. Of course I have passed this all back to your website and the great products you offer. This was my first purchase from Personalization mall - your speed and delivery process was excellent- very timly! I have one request. I think it would be great if you could wrap the black gloss frame in tissue or bubble wrap bebefore placing it into the cardboard box. I am worried that there might have been some surface scratches on the fram from the box.. some what of a dissapointment....

2nd time is a CHARM I have use Personalization Mall numerous times in the past therefore would of never questioned the quality of product came from there. When I ordered my recent item we received in plenty of time but it was damaged. It was clearly not damaged from shipment but was placed in the product box DAMAGED. The side of the product had a big nick with the top laminate bubbled up, should not of been missed. I will say the when I made the call to have it corrected it was done quickly and shipped back to me ASAP in enough time for the occasion purchased for and in PERFECT condition 2nd time around. Over all the item was perfect choice for the new bride & groom getting plenty of compliments from it's quality & appearance.
