 DisappointedI purchased this frame 4 or 5 times prior to this one so I didn’t read the description. When it came I was so disappointed, they changed the frame to wood and the words are painted on. It used to have a shiny finish and look more elegant. This looks cheap.

Disappointed with the Reduced Quality on this Frame I will start by saying that this has always been a go-to wedding/shower gift item for me. I have ordered it as part of a gift on 11 occasions throughout the year. The personalization looks great, and the black/white color is on trend and classic. However, the previous frame had a glossy finish, and the white frame was edged in black. This version is a flat paint, with no contrast edging; not nearly as classy. I am disappointed that Personalization Mall has lowered their standard. With that being said, the item arrived quickly and everything was correct. Not sure if I will reorder this product in the future.

Looks cheaper than online Online, the frame appeared to have more of an engraved appearance.
Actually, it looks somewhat "plastic-y" with rather blaring flat lettering..
I would not order it again.

Product quality has changed By Shopper  (winston salem, NC) - May 30, 2011 I have ordered this item several times for various friends of mine - and this last frame rec'd was just made different - it seemed a cheaper quality, bigger, and just not as polished looking as the many I have ordered in the past.

Names did not line up The names I had put on it weren't lined up at all I read several reviews with same problem.

Don't get the white frame I ordered this for a good friend's wedding...it is now in the garbage since I can't return it. I got the white frame with the black writing; the whole thing is smudged and looks dirty. There are black dots on it. I really liked it online. I was very disappointed.

Letters don't connect I've ordered this item twice previously, but was disappointed in how it came out this time. The quality of the product depends on the names of the couple and how the letters in their name connect. The cursive letters did not connect between the "i" and "m" in Jim leaving the writing looking choppy. Customer service told me that this was simply the way the font looks. I will still give the gift because it's so unique, but will not order again unless the font changes and looks better for all letter combinations.

Quality control This was the second time I ordered the wedding pic frame. Loved the first one the second one some of the scripting of the letters were not attached together smoothly. It was a wedding gift and I just wish the lettering was done better As the one I purchased 2 years ago

Mr & Mrs Collection - Personalized Frame - Picture Frame was scuffed :( I love the picture frame but this one was scuffed up on the top and bottom of the frame. I tried to rub it off, but it doesn't come off. This was a wedding present & I was a little embarrassed to give it like that. I had to though.
The last picture frame I ordered was great though - so I don't know what happened to this one.
Is there any way that I can get a replacement for the scuffed one?

Mr. and rs. Collection Personalized Frame Along with money, one of the standard gifts I like to give for weddings and births are these personalized frames. I have ordered them on at least 6 or more different occasions and have always been extremely pleased. However, I was not very pleased with the most recent Mr. and Mrs. personalized frame I purchased on 10/19/09, because it appeared that some of the letters on the cursive script were not properly aligned. The cursive letters of their names in several places looked like they were not touching or not connected to one another.

 Cheap material I’ve ordered this same item as other wedding gifts in the past and the material was great. The frame itself was shiny and seemed like it was made of some type of glass. Instead, the one I received yesterday looks like cardboard and it’s dull and faded in some spots. Not happy at all

Font Quality gone downhill... be warned By Shopper (HANOVER, PA) - April 20, 2017 I have ordered several of these over the years. Have really enjoyed this product as a wedding gift add-on -- personal and rather classy. That is, until my last experience. The cursive font that is now used has a major defect -- not all the letters clearly and smoothly connect properly. There is a choppiness (gap) in the transitions between several of the letters which give the product and overall unprofessional and cheaper presentation/effect. So disappointing compared to the previous products I've ordered this product!! I notified customer service regarding this decrease in quality and they claim that is the way it is processed now. No concession, compensation, or anything made. So be forewarned! If you can live with choppy transitions, great -- still a personal gift and, from a distance, not largely noticeable. But if anyone gets close enough, it becomes apparent (particularly on "n" and "r" transitions). Just Sad. Very sad. Hope they bring the quality back up a few notches.

huge disappointment Where the letters connect is off and it looks awful, I was hoping to add this to the set I have for my children but I am not so sure after receiving it. When I called they told me that was how it was supposed to look, after looking again many times that is definitely not the case!

Michele My daughter Tara who was married last fall received this unique & special frame as a gift & was I quite impressed with it's quality & overall appearance. So now that my niece Kim is having her wedding shower, I immediately thought to purchase it for her. It is just as impressive in person as the website depicts. I absolutely love it!

type is offset - easily correctable, but they refuse By Shopper (Metairie, LA) - April 25, 2011 I purchased this frame which would look great but for the error in the text's spacing. On every letter m, n, and r, the text is discontinuous and offset. It's obvious and makes the frame look cheap. This is a spacing error.
I asked for replacement or refund, but customer service offered neither:
"That is how the frame is made. If you go back to the website and personalize the frame and click preview you will see the some of the wording doesn't connect."
If I were able to see any problem in the preview, I obviously wouldn't have purchased this item.

Wedding Frame The wedding frame is beautiful but the writing of the names doesn't look right at all. The script writing looks sloppy and the letters don't connect.

not the frame that u expect this frame looks nothing like the website, i was really upset when i got it,my 9 yr old could of made this frame at home. this was a last minute gift for a bridal shower and because it was so ugly i had to run out and find another gift that day so i was really late to the bridal shower..sorry but i would not recommend this frame at all to anyone..

Super Disappointed I was sooo disappointed when I received this. I had read the reviews and expected a great result...but not so. Please look at the larger image and note that the letters do not all connect, this is not a script font that is consistent. As an example,look at the bottom where it says "Mr. and Mrs." and note how the M and the r do not connect. This occurs throughout depending on your letter combos. Customer Service says this is the font and apparently other reviewers were not bothered...but I think this looks super cheap. Like, they each letter is over a bit more than it should be. I am too embarrassed to even give this to the intended recipeients...so it was a waste of money for me.
