Turned out perfect! Great gift By Shopper (High Point, NC) - April 29, 2019 I ordered 2 of these mugs as gifts for work study students in my department. We were lucky that the cups were very close to our school colors. I appreciated that fact that we could include both the name and a brief message on the mug.
I marked it 4 stars because the edges of the mug were a little blurred at the rim, but nothing that would be an issue.

Mug of "Cheer!" for Christmas Really loved the printing on the cup. Glad I ordered it for my sister. I wish the design went all the way around the instead of ending just shy of the handle.
Overall, though, I think my sister will be pleased. Can't wait to give it to her for Christmas.

Birthday mug I ordered the aqua/gold chevron mug with a personal 3 line greeting and name. When it arrived because, of the gold color with white background, it was difficult to read the greeting. I called customer service and was able to change the color of the mug to the navy/gold chevron. Greeting showed up perfectly! I have bought many items over the years and have been pleased. Now I am also pleased with their customer service.

Great coworker gift The personalized mug was warmly received by each of my coworkers. Everyone loves to see their name on items. Especially those of use who have uncommon or unique spellings. It is useful for the coffee and tea drinkers. I would have liked the name to be on both sides. It was very pretty, colorful and good size.

Great gift By Shopper (Watford City, ND) - December 15, 2016 We ordered a couple of these as well as a couple other mugs in different colors for gifts and the recipients loved them! The order preview shows the wording very nicely however, when we received the item, for some reason, this particular color combination of the blue and yellow just made the wording a little difficult to read. The lettering just does not stand out very well against the yellow background. With that aside, they all still turned out very nicely and really liked being able to personalize them with names and sayings!

Just ok The mug and customization was good but the print quality was just ok. There were a couple small flaws and markings on the colored areas that detracted from the look. I got what I paid for though.

Almost Perfect! By Shopper (Petal, MS) - December 6, 2015 These cups are so perfect. Shipped quickly and arrived quickly. The look like an expensive custom cup that I had to order way ahead of time but actually cost me next to nothing and had done last minute! The only complaint I have is that I ordered 5 and one got broke in shipping. The packing isn't all that great. However, they replaced the broken cup immediately! Couldn't have asked for better customer service! Will be using this site again!!

LETTERS DO NOT SHOW UP ONTO THE GOLD COLOR. By Shopper (Rochester, NY) - September 4, 2016 FYI:
After ordering these Aqua/Gold Chevron Mugs for a few years, I have JUST been told from the Recipients that my 'Sentences' do NOT show up well at all, onto the GOLD background color. (The words hardly show up on the Aqua and Gold colored Mug.)
My other choice of the NAVY Color Chevron didn't have the same issue, due to the sentences being placed onto the White background.
