Love personalized items! I bought this for my daughter as she is a coffee drinker. She will love the chevron pattern plus her name on it. On the back side, I was able to put a saying relating only to her.....just priceless! Love this, and the size was perfect!

Great Quality! I bought a number of these mugs for a high school friends weekend and I was unsure as to what the quality of the mugs and design would be, especially for the value price I was paying. The mugs exceeded my expectations! They were large with vibrant colors. One of the mugs was broken upon arrival and customer service had a new one shipped immediately. I was so pleased with the mugs and the service I ordered more mugs for the spouses of my friends.

The Customer Service was amazing So I have ordered from here many times before. I had no doubt the product would come out great, and it did. But I accidentally put the wrong address as my shipping address. it was a small error and really, talking to the fedex HUB and/or driver would have fixed it. However, Fed Ex gave me the complete run around. So then, I called Personalization mall just to find out what would happen when the package doesn't get delivered. Monica from Personalization mall asked me questions to find out more about my situation and let me know what would happen. Then, surprisingly, she called me back with the good news that they had gotten a hold of fed ex and it would be delivered THAT Day! She continued working on my issue even after we hung up! I was so happy. I ended up getting it and it made it on time for the event I was using it for. :)

Amazing product! I was really excited to get this personalized item for my sister. It looked amazing on the preview of my customization. Delivery was quicker than expected and product arrived undamaged. When I took a look at the final product I was even happier than when I ordered it. It looked AMAZING!
Product is well made, strong handle, thick cup so it doesn’t get too hot to burn your hands. Absolutely NOTHING to complain about with this!
