Awesome personalized wall hanging I ordered the 24 x 24 custom canvas for my office because I couldn't find the saying I wanted on canvas anywhere. It's fantastic I've had so many compliments. I will definitely purchase something again.

Cannot believe your awesome Customer Service! By Shopper (ST. GEORGE, UT) - September 23, 2014 I received my order in record time, but it was incorrect. I sent an e-mail explaining the error over the weekend and couldn't believe it when there was a reply from Personalization Monday morning! They reviewed the error and took responsibility for it. They said they would correct it immediately and send out the revised item that day. And expedited the mailing since it was a gift and was time sensitive! I really am in awe of their exceptional customer service and prompt replies. I'll continue to rave about them!

 Nicely doneI would give 4 and a half stars. Overall the quality and speed was just wonderful. I was a bit disappointed that the border looked smaller when my creation arrived. Maybe I misunderstood how the wrapping might change the design a wee bit. However, I just love my creation and how well your company brought it to life for me. And so very quickly too. Thank you!!

Turned out Nicely By Shopper (Bowie, MD) - January 5, 2021 My personalized Canvas Print turned out nicely! I purchased the framed canvas which was of good quality. Although they included the hardware (hooks), it would have been nice to have them put the hooks on the canvas prior to shipping so it was ready to hang (which was why I didn't give it 5 stars). I was not able to get the hooks they provided to work so I had to use my own. Other then that, this is a great product and opportunity to put your favorite "something" on canvas!

Design your own canvas It was very well done. The photo prints came out well. The only problem was the lack of fine placement tools. Overall great work.

Almost perfect By Shopper (Kennesaw, GA) - December 2, 2015 We uploaded a picture from an i-phone. The only canvas available for that resolution was a square one. Having adjusted the picture to fill the entire printed area and verifying this with the screen shot proof, we were just a little surprised that the left and right sides of the canvas were white. However, the rest of the quality of the print was great, and overall we were very pleased. Good value for the price. Because of the original picture quality (no fault of the vendor), not a "gallery-quality" canvas, but perfect for the occasion (birthday gift featuring favorite pet)!

Very nice but could have been better What I saw on the screen and the way the item came out was not exactly the same. I had several words on the print and it looked crowded online. When I got the item there was plenty of space for more words. I wish there had been the option to frame the item also. Other than these the item was very nice.

Nice quality but picture was very dark By Shopper (Newark, DE) - January 31, 2017 I didn't realize the picture I used was going to print out so dark onto the canvas. I wish there was a way to flag something like that before submitting the order. But other than that, the quality of the canvas was great.

Fair Quality for the Price By Shopper (Franklinville, NJ) - December 16, 2016 I received this product, and I was fairly pleased with the result. The only problem was that my picture was off center even after I had double checked my design before submitting my order. This was disappointing, but overall it is good quality for the price you pay.

Good product It was cute and all its just they should have it to where it fits it by itself because the picture I had was a little stretched but it was still cute

Great Concept By Shopper (staten island, NY) - February 13, 2015 The idea of creating your own canvas is great. The process was made more difficult due to the fact that each line of text needs to be entered on its own. This creates a challenge in getting all your text aligned the same way, the same size and at the same angle. There are no hot keys to help you with this.
There is also a picture area you need to ensure your picture covers. If you go outside this area, the project informs you that it will wrap around the sides. They don’t warn you if you don’t, then you will have a white border and the picture will not cover the whole canvas. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have wrapped the sides and not the top and bottom. I now have a weird white stripe across the top and bottom.
Net/Net –if you mitigate these issues, this would be a better product.

my error. Was my first time ever to do this. Ordered 12x12 canvas photos. Didn't know what cropping was. Thought the way it was cropped was how it was put on the 12x12. Got pictures back and there were white spaces at tops and bottom of all three. Why would they ask your phone number and not use it to inquire if that's what I meant to have? As a result, I can't use these. My loss.

Terrible! Awful! Printing was smudged and they claim I okayed this which is impossible because you write your text message in and I am pretty sure I didn't smudge the text or write in please add smudged ink marks!
