Grandchildren photo ornaments By Shopper (York, PA) - December 15, 2023 The ornaments were fantastic! We purchase photo ornaments for our grandchildren from you every year. The only issue we had was the delivery. We paid extra for expedited delivery and unfortunately UPS turns their delivery to the U.U. Postal service and it sat at the post office for 3 days before they delivered the package on the 4th day. It makes Personalization Mall look bad, even if it’s not your fault. You might want to have a conversation with UPS. Glad we didn’t use regular delivery or they might not have gotten here by Christmas!
