 Charmingly CuteThis mug came out better than I ever could have expected. The little handprints and the names came out perfectly. I was amazed at how quickly it was produced. I ordered on a Tuesday evening and it arrived by Thursday. I truly believe there must be elves working on these items. Mug was loved by all.

Mug with a Hug! Gave this to my Mom with the names of all her grandchildren. She's loves it and holds it everyday for her morning coffee. The quality print is great and colors are just like what is advertised. She loves seeing the names and says it brings a smile to her face each day. Great gift, this is my second one! My cell phone camera doesn't take good pictures but you can see how the colors look and the size.

Great It's a great quality mug and nice that you can order in a 15oz size. Only thing it only comes in one solid color, no diff color for inside like some of the smaller ones.

 Nice mug for Nana, but font is too tiny for older eyesBy Shopper (San Antonio, TX) - December 17, 2016 The first mug arrived from UPS broken. I even paid extra for the gift box. I called customer service and they sent me another mug within a few days. GREAT customer service! The mug is nice, but could use some improvements with the design. Make sure to USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in the names. The font is too small and older eyes will not be able to read the names of the grandchildren. Also, the yellow colored hand print needs to be changed to another color. The yellow does not show. This was also mentioned in another review.

Mug The mug is nice but the yellow hand is so very light it's as if you have a child's name without the hand. Another color should have been used.

 Appreance not goodI chose 4 names to be printed on the back and they were so small and placed in the center. I did not like the appearance. The front side message also had a very small font. I expected a bigger one. The cup looks mostly empty. May be there should be some sort of design to cover the gaps.
