Merry Christmas Family. I purchased 10 of the same item, a Christmas picture of me as Father and Grandpa to a big family.

Photo Christmas Ornament The 2 photo Christmas ornaments that I ordered arrived in less than a week from purchase. Both looked perfect and I cannot wait to see them on our tree. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, was that the packaging the ornaments came in had a very strong smell of mildew. I threw the packaging away and left the ornaments out overnight and I think the smell is gone.

Picture size Ornament is beautiful however, picture sent was not appropriate due to hole for hanging ornament being right in the middle of baby’s face. Hole was not seen or mentioned on the review photo prior to buying. Disappointed!

Nice ornament The ornament turned out nice but give yourself some leeway when sending the picture. The actual ornament cuts a bit off the top/bottom so make sure the top/bottom of the picture is not too close. Overall, it will be a nice keepsake though.

Not exactly as previewed The picture was much darker than previewed. The print looked off too, we ordered two and there was red in the green area where the writing is on one and red on a snowflake.

Missing gift bix The ornament itself is perfect and turned out better than I could have imagined. My only problem is that I ordered a gift box and was charged for it without it coming.

The picture is clear and the text looks nice. The colors are all a bit yellowed on ours, tinting both the photo and the back with a hue that was not true to how it looked online. However, they still make a nice gift!

Mom's 90th ornament Last minute idea for Christmas to order ornaments with pic of my Mom's 90th birthday celebration that we were not all able to be at because of COVID-19. Super idea that turned out well...a bit darker than pic but everyone liked them.
Paid extra for shipping as we had to send them on to the rest of the family but it was done well!

Great memories I was happy with the product. I just wished the folks making it would take an extra second to look at the pictures and perforate it in a way that makes the picture align best.
A bit on the heavy side - so must be handled with care.

Wooden ornament This item turned out great and it's light so hangs easily on the tree. I wish I could have manipulated the picture since the snowflake print covered parts of the picture which was unfortunate

Snowflake I like this design a lot, but the snowflakes are a bit big making it frustrating to crop the picture so a snowflake isn't in a person's eye. Can be quite frustrating.

Snowflake personalized photo ornament This tree ornament was a very pleasant surprise. The quality of the ornament is very good. The hardest part is getting the picture to be exact on it so that the hole at the top does not cut off any of the faces.
I would highly recommend this product.

Don't like the wood By Shopper (Munden, KS) - December 26, 2019 The detailed on the wooden ornament say the wood grain will show through. I was expecting a little bit of discoloration. But the picture is extremely faded and the "red" color on the back looks light brown. I prefer the ceramic glossy finish much better than this, my photos on those looked great.

Cute ornament This ornament has a vintage feel. It is adorable and the person I bought it for loved it. I will say that the picture quality wasn't quite as good as other items I have gotten from personalization mall, but that is likely due to the fact that it is on wood. Overall it was a great buy on sale and I would purchase them again.

Great idea! Needs better resolution Product is produced quickly, shipped on time and is great in every way less one. The picture quality was degraded somehow rendering it very fuzzy. Still brought a tear and heart felt moment but would like a higher dpi for 5 star is all. Would buy again though none the less
