Snowflake ornament The product was presented very nice and I was pleased with it. The picture on the ornament does not come in crystal clear but was still nice. It took longer for it to come in the mail than my last order. All in all I was very happy with it.

Nicely done By Shopper (Breese, IL) - December 21, 2015 The ornament turned out well; the picture on the front was as shown on my preview. I only wish there was an option on a different type of font on the back; a few of the letter styles are unusual (such as A), and I would have preferred to have at least two options including a more traditional script.

Needs Editing Improvements By Shopper (Livonia, MI) - December 18, 2015 This ornament is a really cute idea and it turned out pretty nice. However, the picture came out MUCH darker than it showed online, so I wish there was a way that they could have brightened it. It was also extremely frustrating to edit this piece. Once the picture was uploaded, you had to crop it and then it just placed it in the ornament for you, and you could not move it. I had to keep going back to crop it just right. I wish that you could move the picture to re-center it once you already had it in the frame. That would have been much easier.

Not picture perfect By Shopper (Brooklyn, NY) - December 17, 2015 This is my 5th time ordering an ornament within the last 3 years and the First Time I was disappointed by how the picture looked which had a blurry look to it but Thankfully the rep I spoke to was very patient and understanding which resulted my account being credited and I was able to order a replacement .

Perfect Gift! The ornament was beautiful and well made...the only reason I gave it a 4 was because the hanging ribbon was on the cheap side. But, that can be easily fixed. All in all a great purchase!

Snowflake personalized ornament By Shopper (Massillon, OH) - December 1, 2023 I have ordered from Personalization Mall for years. The quality of their products has diminished greatly. The wood one I ordered is very cheap looking and very rough to the touch. I have another wooden one from a previous order that is not like that at all!! Also every ornament used to come in pretty little velvet bags now there are no bags for any of the ornaments!! The Workmanship and the personal care of this site has greatly declined in my opinion.

Misprint The picture I submitted looked just fine. It was the red and green side that was terrible. Not sure how it made it past quality control. Simply looked like a machine error or the ornament shifted as it was printing. Otherwise, we usually enjoy these ornaments.

Snowflake ornament It is very nice. The photo looks exactly like the original. However, the hole it not centered so the wording on the back is crooked when hung. Quite disappointing!

Good at the sale price I like the material itself that the ornament is made out of. The felt bag it comes in is a nice touch. The string it comes with is very cheap and would need to be replaced with something of higher quality.

Quality control, customer service issues I ordered two identical ornaments. One turned out great and the other was fuzzy and washed out. I tried to contact customer service by phone and email and have had no response. Disappointed. It’s too bad because the first ornament is really nice.

Misaligned The product itself is fine, but the picture was not aligned well at all. A big snowflake is covering up some of the face of my nephew, someone should have paid way more attention to detail!!!

Disappointing I got a little customized ornament for my granddaughter with writing on one side and a pic on the other. The pic did not come out very well and the little bag the ornament comes in was very cheap looking. Will look elsewhere for my next custom order.

Photo color was disappointing I have ordered personalized ornaments from Personalization Mall in the past and have been very happy with them. However, when I received this ornament, I was disappointed in the color of the picture. It seemed to be somewhat faded out as compared to the ornaments I have ordered in the past. Not up to your usual standards.

Not Overwhelmed For the most part these are nice and the sale price was worth it but so would not have paid full price for them. The problem is with your website, when you create these, the finished product is so fuzzy, you can’t tell if they’re going to come out good or not. A few of mine were good, but out of 12, the majority were too dark, one is not even worth giving. Not sure I would do this again.
