 Did their best I had some issues with the first printing of the pictures. They didn't come out as clear as they should. But they redid the order and it was better. I do think the picture I used need to be super clean. Don't get me wrong my image was good but maybe it needed to be a higher resolution.

Product OK By Shopper  (San Antonio, TX) - December 28, 2016 The image was pretty blurry and not what I had expected. It was a gift for my grandmother and the image was hard for her to see bc it was so blurry. Wish it would've shown the actual image as is during the review. The image looked perfectly fine during the review process. But just didn't come out the way I had wished. What I did like was the actual quality of the ornament. It was made well and made of heavy material. It definitely will last for many years to come.

Quality I love them but I wish the picture came out better. There is yellowing around the edges for some reason. The preview picture was great but the actual product lacked quality.

Ornament I thought the ornament was made from quality material, it seems like it will last. He reason I gave 3 stars is because the left side of the image was a bit blurry and the right side was clear. It was too close to Christmas for me to try to replace it, so I had to give it like it was. If the entire picture would have been the same quality as the right half of the picture I would have given 5 stars. The message on the back was printed correctly and very neat in appearance.

Design interferes with Photo This is a nice ornament and can be personalized but the overall snowflake design interferes a little with the photo.

Fuzzy picture Picture was fuzzy on the ornament. I have ordered many items from personalization mall and this is first item I was not satisfied with.

Cute These are super cute and well made. But this one was super small. It's too small. Also the personal message that I wanted to come with it was all blurred and is typed on a strange receipt material. It's ok.

Smaller and cheaper than expected My bad for not reading more reviews, by the picture I thought it would be a good inch larger in diameter and of a sturdier material. These seem very cheaply made and I would mayyyybe buy again but only at half price

Bad picture quality I used a professional, high quality photo and the quality of the photo on the ornament was terrible. It's dark and blurry. Pretty disappointed

Not what I expected I've ordered ornaments from this site before and I've been pleased. This time, the design seemed to change my picture by adding an orange glow. I'm not sure if that was part of the snowflake design or not, but it was not what I expected and I will think twice before purchasing again.

Good I bought this product as a gift for a friend as I had bought a similar style last year with a photo of the kids in it and she loved it. However, the photo looked much darker than it did on the preview it just didn't look as good as it had on the computer, I would recommend you edit the photo to make it brighter than you want it to appear.
On the plus side it came right on time and that allowed me to quickly order a new one when I wasn't 100% happy with my purchase.

Ornament ALL my previous ornament orders have been so very good that I thought I would do one for my sister and husband and share with their kids. This one was darker than expected and difficult to enjoy. It looks great here but the actual ornament is darker.

one side perfect one side too dark This ornament had a perfect side and a too dark side. I contacted customer service, they will not remake until I send them a pix of each side of each ornament. I hope Personalization Mall will stand behind their work. I really want this ornament by Christmas.

Ornament didn’t look like preview I have had a lot of success with personalization mall in the past, but this time I was not happy with my order. The preview showed the picture I chose for my ornament clearly and in a decent color. But when I got the actual order, the picture was so dark I could hardly see it. Very disappointed!

No response from customer service I have ordered from here before and have been satisfied...until today. Two out of the four ornaments I ordered had a deep scratch across the photo side. I sent email to customer service 3 days ago. No response yet.

oops! So, these are really flimsy. I ordered 5 and one had a broken loop at the top where the ribbon goes to hang it! I don't have time to return it, so my gift recipient gets a crummy super-glued ornament. The other thing is I made sure when I uploaded my photos the snowflake was not obstructing a face, but sure enough it did on two of them!

ornament I was hoping for a much more professional product. However the ornament came back very dark and almost unrecognizable.... Not happy with results.

Picture washed out Make sure you choose a picture that is not very bright or in the sun. My photo came out very washed out and faded. Not like my preview at all.

A little disappointed By Shopper (Prince Frederick, MD) - December 7, 2017 I ordered 2 of the exact same ornament same picture as well. Got them both at the same time. One is perfect! The picture is clear and it looks great! The other the picture is extremely blurry. I've emailed customer service about it and even sent them the picture of the blurry one and haven't heard a thing back.

Snowflake Ornament By Shopper (Salem, VA) - November 20, 2017 I was so excited to receive a photo ornament that had a photo of my daughter and her husband right after they got married. The ornament chopped her head off. I called customer service and the QC department said 'The ornament is fine, it passed QC'

Christmas gift Wasn't able to get the picture I wanted to use centered correctly on the ornament I really wanted. After trying several different ornaments finally had settle for this one. Still wasn't able to use the picture I really wanted to use because I wasn't able able to get it centered on any of the ornaments. Purchased as a gift for my daughter in law. Still considering keeping it for myself and either trying to find a different ornament or ordering a new one from a different company.

Good product, blurry picture I sent a clear, focused picture, but it turned out to be extremely blurry on the ornament. It was so bad, it's not worth giving as the gift I intended.

Not that great By Shopper (White Sulphur Springs, WV) - December 19, 2016 I've ordered ornaments in the past and they have been great!!! But these are disappointing. The pictures are fuzzy and their faces are orange. Pros: The back of the ornament looks really good and the glass is great quality.

Disappointed Normally I love this website but I was disappointed with this ornament. The picture came out off color and blurry. I can't give this as a gift.

Ornament is blurry The preview of my ornament looked great, however upon delivery the ornament looked different than the preview-it is all blurry and I am not very happy about it.

Cute but bad quality I used to use this website a lot for gifts, but I didn't use it for a few years. I loved everything I have ordered in the past. When I ordered these ornaments I was very excited, but when they arrived I was very disappointed in the picture quality. I'm positive it wasn't the quality of the file I used because it was very high quality. These would be so precious if the quality of the image was clear.
