Love my 5 ornaments - 2021 Last year I started a new Christmas ornament tradition for our grandchildren. What is more perfect than a current photo of them on an appropriate theme ornament! ie: snowflake for my ballerina granddaughter and sport themes (tennis & football) and high school color for the grandsons. I have their name, team name or their number or special words and year on the print side. I think these ornaments are a wonderful and a better rememberance than a character ornament. Mistake? No Problem I absolutely love how my ornament eventually turned out! The only thing better than the customized ornament is Personalization Mall's Customer Service. I first wrote a review for 3 stars and complained about the text being off-center. Personalization Mall did not hesitate to reach out to me and try to make things right. Only about 4 days after I wrote my initial review, I was sent a package with new ornaments that fixed the previous problem. I cannot express how thankful I am for Personalization Mall to have reached out and offer to redo my ornaments FREE OF CHARGE. In the picture provided, you can see the difference between the two different ornaments they sent me (Left: Off-Center, Right: Replacement). I would definitely recommend this website to all my family and friends, and I will definitely shop here again! Thank You Personalization Mall!

Christmas ornament project By Shopper (Bluffton, SC) - January 15, 2021 I have created a tradition for my grandchildren this year using the snowflake ornament. The kids will get an ornament each yr with a picture of them on front and a description on back of their interest that year. The only tricky part is picking a pic that the snowflakes may cover. But I was able to do that. They turned out beautiful and durable to last throughout the years. What a treasure for them to take into their adulthood and share with their children. Keep making these!
