 Just what I was looking for I get my children a new personalized ornament every Christmas and usually they are so heavy I have to tie them to a branch. I also needed a first Christmas ornament for our new puppy and was able to personalize and receive the ornaments within 3 days. They are lightweight and don’t fall off the branches and are more personalized because I was able to put a picture of the puppy and my children on each of the ornaments. Very happy with the quality and price, quality and speed of delivery.

Excellent quality This ornament turned out much nicer than expected. Beautifully made. The turnaround was very quick. We paid for expedited shipping to get it by Christmas; they had it to us in 2-3 days.

Beyond my Expectations! One week before Christmas, late on Friday night I tried "major" photo websites but they couldn't deliver for weeks. So Goigle search led me to Persoaization Mall where they promised delivery in 2 days. The website was easy to navigate to upload my pictures onto the ornaments that fit my needs, I placed my order & crossed my fingers. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised to find the ornaments delivered Tuesday - Beautifully packed individually in bubble wrap and felt sacks & as perfect as pictured!!

Personalized photo snowflake The product is beautiful it came after Christmas but we will have it to put on the Christmas tree next Christmas. In the meantime we will hang it on the mantel.

Company who stands behind their product I am not sure how, but the first ornament that was delivered was dark and you could not make out the picture. I would have thought this issue would have been seen before shipping. I reached out to the company and after reviewing the issue, they immediately produced another ornament which was much better. This ornament was delivered quickly and all is well. I have and will continue to use this company for all of my personalization items
