Nice Ornament Very nice ornament. But I have to admit that I liked it better when the ribbons/hangers were already inserted into the ornaments. And I definitely preferred the cords to the thin ribbons. Just sayin...

memory my x-mas tree is memory ornaments of special times with my grandchildren - a picture and place and date I have put on the back in hopes that one day they will look back at them and have fond memories and put them on their tree

Cute Gift Idea This is the 2nd year in a row I've purchased these ornaments. I like how easy they are to personalize and they are great to send to family out of town. Be sure to use a picture that isn't too grainy!

Photo ornament By Shopper (Amarillo, TX) - December 9, 2016 I like the quality of the ornament but the picture was a little blurry. Don't know if that was because the pic was too big or just what caused it. But overall it is cute.

Almost perfect! The photo came out great, and in a timely manner during the holiday season. My only complaint is that the placement of the hole wasn't where I thought it would be. I setup it up so the hole would be out of the way, but it came in differently. Not a terrible problem, but potentially could be if I had selected a different photo. But the ornament was a hit as a Christmas gift!

One of them came to me with a defect on the face of one of the people on it. I emailed the company and within 2 days they had sent a free replacement. No hassle, very cordial and accommodating. The ornament itself is very simple and cute. Need to use a clear picture, not blurry, for it to turn out well.

Almost perfect I ordered several as gifts for my daughter's Nutcracker Clara girls for keepsakes. They turned out beautiful and the girls loved them. However, one of the photo didn't turn out perfect, looks like a spot on it. But overall they looked really nice.

Cute Ornament By Shopper (Lathrup Village, MI) - December 17, 2014 This ornament is good for the purpose of documenting my first Christmas with my boyfriend. I will say that the ornament was a little smaller than I expected and it is flat as it appears. I don't know why I thought something different. Definitely a good purchase for the price.

A nice stocking stuffer I ordered this ornament with a 4 generation photo displayed. It turned out very nice. You do want to watch the placement of the photo when cropping as the hole to hang the ornament went through the top part of a family members head. Other than that, was worth the price for a personalized ornament.

A bit blurry By Shopper (Darien, IL) - October 29, 2019 I have ordered multiple ornaments every year since 2015. I love them when flawless. Unfortunately, I have received inconsistent quality. This ornament came out a bit blurry....the online preview is clearer than the final product. I rate this particular final product OK, but not great.

Probably wouldn't order again I submitted a high quality (professional photographer) image. The orrnament image wasn't as crisp as I thought it would be (kind of blurry IMO). Probabky wouldn't order thrse again.

It’s okay... The size of the ornament was great but I was surprised at how fuzzy the pictures came out. It was a bit disappointing.

One ornament is blurry I could have given 5 star review because the product is really unique but one of the ornaments is blurry. It is weird that the other is clear and they are the same photo.

High quality but photo area to small The quality is great but I was disappointed with the size and area for the photo. Wasn't able to get full effect of the photo on one of the ornaments.

Ornament Product was great except for the quality of printing of the photograph. The photographs were taken by a professional so it was not an issue with the quality of the image. I ordered the same ornaments two years ago and was very happy with the product. Not sure what caused the change in quality.

Ribbon Not Included By Shopper (Burlingame, CA) - December 3, 2016 The photo ornament itself is perfect. In past years, the ribbon was of a higher quality and was tied for you within the ornament. Now you are given a cheaper version of a ribbon and you have to tie it yourself. For someone like myself who orders many ornaments, this is not what I expect from this company. Thanks!

Cute gift for price The size of the ornament is great. Overall, considering the price, it's a nice gift if purchased on sale. My only complaint is that the picture is dark and slightly blurry.

Personalized Christmas Ornaments I have ordered these many times over the years, and they always look awesome! However, this time the picture was grainy and half of one person's face was cut off:(

Blurry Picture I used a high res professional image to make these ornaments as gifts, but they were blurry. One came misprinted with a dime size white spot on it and one arrived broken. I must say that customer service was prompt & thorough. Damaged ornaments were replaced within 2 days.

ornament rating I thought this ornament personalization was a cute idea. However, when receiving the product it didn't seem to look like the picture. It looked kind of cheap for the price. It looked like a ceramic ornament, but when receiving it in the mail it looked like a pin with a picture on it and came on a silver string tie. Would not buy again because of that.

 smaller than was expecting I thought I was ordering the same size ornament that I have gotten in the past but this one came through at like 2 and 3/4 inches
to 2 and 7/8 inches or something and I guess the other one I ordered was over 3inches and it makes a big difference the pictures came out very nice but all in all it's very small ...wasn't happy with myself in ordering this one

Picture Quality not as Expected By Shopper (Frankfort, KY) - December 8, 2020 I ordered 18 of these picture ornaments. While the ornament itself, and the back side, are of good quality, I should have listened to other reviewers about the picture quality. I uploaded very clear, crisp photos but the pictures on the ornaments I received are not sharp and clear. They are passable but not the quality that I received with ones I ordered four years ago. Customer Service was great and asked me to upload all the photos again as well as send pictures of the ornaments. I had read from other reviewers who did this, that they were sent new ornaments which looked exactly like the original ones. I don't want other ornaments and will use these. But as most are gifts, I'm a little embarrassed to give them. My advice is to please listen to reviewers who say that these ornaments will not be as clear or sharp as what you upload. If picture clarity isn't important to you, then the ornaments themselves are good quality and the the writing on the backsides are clear and nice looking.

Ornament - Good; Production - Bad We ordered 7 ornaments with a picture on one side and text on the other. Received 7 ornaments in the promised time and the pictures were great but only 2 had the correct text. Five ornaments had to be remade so the appropriate text and picture were matched. The remake arrived in a timely manner, but only 2 were received. Again, a message was sent to describe the problem and a re-order was issued for the remaining 3 ornaments. The order seemed to circulate around the mail operation and finally was sent into the mail system. The initial order was placed early in Nov. and it took about a month to get everything as ordered. The pictures and text were great, but the production was wanting.

Ornament The ornament itself was really nice. I just wish they would've prompted me if the resolution of the photo was going to be poor. My picture is very blurry. Very disappointed.

Almost unrecognizable picture The photo I sent for my ornament was an professional high quality picture but on the ornament it came out so bad and fuzzy. Very disappointed because normally I'm very pleased with everything from this site.
