 Nice ornament but blurryI bought 3 of these with different photos for 3 of my daughter's families. The ornament is very nice and heavy quality but the picture is blurry and so is the wording of their names on the back. The pictures I sent were good quality so that isn't the issue. It's almost like everything blurred when they put a coating on it. The writing is very faint and blurry. I will be apologizing to them when they open it on Christmas. Luckily I got them for half price. NOTE: I bought a photo stocking also and the picture turned out great!

2 sided ornament I have been purchasing these ornaments for several years and they are beautiful BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE CHEAP PINK RIBBON THAT THEY CAME WITH THIS YEAR! Where is they thick silver ribbon already tied. On each ornament?????? I had a really hard time putting on these very cheap ribbons and they didn't make a pretty bow. Unless you supply me with additional new ribbon this is my LAST PURCHASE
THE RIBBONS RUIN THE ORNAMENTS AND DONT MATCH! The silver THICK CORD WAS A PERFECT COMPLIMENT

Photo very blurry By Shopper  (Shingle Springs, CA) - December 9, 2016 I have been buying these personalized photo ornaments for years and this year the quality was very low. The photo were very blurry even though during creation the website said the uploaded photo was "great" quality. Disappointing!

Blurry My family pic on the 2 of these I ordered turned out dark and blurry ... would like for them to re do them but can't find out how to submit the request /complaint .

So disappointed By Shopper (Slaughters, KY) - December 5, 2016 I have faithfully ordered my photo ornaments from here since 2011. However this year is the first time I have been unhappy. The photos are blurry even though they showed they were of the "best" quality when I was editing them. The string wasn't already attached with the strong metallic string that has been on every year previously. This time there was a flimsy string that was way too long and I had to attach it myself. Overall I am very disappointed.

Personalized 2 sided ornament I ordered 3 of these. The first two I ordered I was very disappointed with the hole for the hanger was placed through the heads in the photos. This was my fault because I didn't move the photo down far enough to allow for the hanger hole. Although I feel as if this should have been caught by personalization mall when making them. Common sense would tell them I didn't want holes in the heads of the people in the photos. Center photos carefully because they won't.

 Terrible QualityI am usually extremely happy with everything I purchase from Personalization Mall. However the two ornaments I purchased on this order are totally unacceptable! The pictures are so dark one can hardly make out what they are and I know they weren't when I sent them and the writing is not as prominent as it normally is. Very unhappy with these!

Not as represented in preview when ordered By Shopper (Mechanicsville, VA) - December 14, 2021 This ornament arrived and was not a true representation of the preview of what I ordered. The placement of the photo was so poor that the face of the person in the photo had a hole through their head. I was very careful when designing it to avoid this issue. Very disappointed.

Not what is pictured This was horrible. It looked great when I ordered it but when it arrived it was blurry and part of the picture was cut off. Very dissapointed.

Fuzzy photo We printed this ornament for our grandmother. The photo turned out very fuzzy and she has poor vision. We are quite disappointed with the quality of the ornament :(

Family picture not clear By Shopper (Owatonna, MN) - December 10, 2016 The ornament would be a 5 if the family picture was crisper.it looks a bit blurred. The 16x20 canvas I had made with the same image turned out perfectly
