Good Value Keeps coffee very hot for a very long time. The only negative is that the pictures should go around the whole tumbler, not just 3/4 of the way.

Looks good! By Shopper  (Houston, TX) - January 1, 2015 I read several reviews complaining that the photo didn't fully cover the tumbler and left a wide white bar so I faded the photo I used to white on both sides to create a seamless effect around the tumbler. The final result looked great

Very nice mug I bought this as a gift for a friend and she absolutely loved it. We both agreed that the cup was nice because the pics are a part of the mug not just a slip of paper inside a peice of plastic that will allow water to seep in and ruin the cup. Very nice gift over, quick turnaround and fast shipping.

 Doesn’t wrap all the way aroundI ordered from here many times and am always happy. I’m not happy that the collage didn’t wrap around the whole mug.

Disappointed Don’t get me wrong, the tumbler looks great! Photos came out perfect. Only issue, is that it doesn’t keep the coffee hot. I purchased a tumbler here about 5 years ago and that tumbler can keep the coffee HOT for hours. This one, only keeps it hot for 20-30 minutes. That’s my only issue. Disappointed.

Travel tumbler I liked my travel tumbler however, I hate that there's a huge white blank just for it to say personalizationmall.com
on the bottom of the mug. Wish my pictures wrapped around the whole mug as I thought it would.

Good but needs improvement By Shopper (Lyndhurst, NJ) - December 11, 2015 Ive order various items from this site and they have always meet my expectations, but this time it was not the case :/. Picture quality is good but I feel it will be better to cover the whole mug with the picture, i dont see why the white space in the back ? Or if the space is necessary, why not blend it with a color similar to the picture selected? I think it totally kills it. I bought it for my boyfriend but after seeing it, im debating if i should or not give it to him, i really think it looks weird :/
It will be nice if this could be fixed/changed, it would definitely encourage me to order more of this product in the future

 Arrived DefectiveBy Shopper (Jacksonville, FL) - May 9, 2016 Arrived with defective lid. My wife was given this item as a gift for Mother's Day and it was a letdown for our son (who was VERY excited). Buyer beware that pretty much no matter what, they will not refund your money, which is what we desired. They are sending out a new lid, so we'll see.
As for the quality, it's not really there. I purchased a tumbler for $12 at our grocery store that is three times the quality of this item. The pictures look good, but that's about it. Insulation isn't very good.
When you're buying this, it's mostly for the personalization of the tumbler.

Not in love By Shopper (Chelmsford, MA) - February 16, 2016 I knew that the pictures weren't going to make it all the way around the mug but it looks worse then I thought. There's over an inch gap and its white. It's so obvious. It would be better if it wasn't going to make it around if it was at least black.

Looks great, except weird white strip This looks perfect except this weird, vertical white strip on the side. So picture your 4 photos, then turn the cup to the back and there is a 1 inch wide blank space with the site's logo on the bottom. It just looks haphazard. I know my sister in law will love love love the gift, but this item has a design flaw. The cup is high quality. The photos looks excellent. Just wish they had shown the odd white strip in the preview. This is the lowest I've rated anything from this site.

Blank White Space By Shopper (Willard, OH) - May 14, 2015 It appears all of the cups come with about a 1-2in blank space of white running from top to bottom, after reading the other reviews. Very Disappointed, how ever the fact that the pictures are a part of the cup, not just pictures that slip inside the cup, is a quality aspect of it!

Nice, but not perfect. The iactual tem is nice, and like expected, but one of the pictures I submitted (which was edited and filtered so that the light was perfect) has a shadow over half of the picture - so I was disappointed it did not look like the one I submitted. It makes half of hue one oicture look dark and look like there is a line through it and half covered in a shadow that did not exist on the photo. For the cost off this, was very disappointed to dislike now the one picture was not as I submitted it,
I wanted to submit a photo of its but for the second time, the photo will not upload for some reason.

Meh The pictures turned out as expected, but I did not like the big white blank spot. The flip up cover is also incredibly difficult to flip up.

 Cap doesn't workBy Shopper (Jacksonville, FL) - June 1, 2016 We purchased this for Mother's day and mom/wife was very excited. The excitement ended when we discovered the cap doesn't work. The design of the cap doesn't allow enough air to replace outgoing liquid. If you turn it upside down and shake, drips of liquid will come out but that's pretty much it. If you fill it about 20% and turn slowly, some liquid will come out until the small air (pin sized) hole is covered with water (if that makes sense). The air hold is very close to the outgoing liquid hole.
Personalization Mall won't take responsibility for this design flaw. It is suggested you look elsewhere for a working travel tumbler.

Disappointed By Shopper (Dingmans Ferry, PA) - April 7, 2015 I selected (4) photos and was asked to crop each photo which I did. I tryed to preview the photos on the travel tumbler but the photos just appeared next to the tumbler with a message that photos wrap around item. I thought they would utilize all space on the tumbler. When I received the tumbler there was a 2" area that was blank (just white) with the (4) photos taking up the rest of the space. I was very disappointed since this was a gift. I wish when I previewed the item it placed the photos on the trumbler so I was able to see the error before placing the order.

Why? By Shopper (Chicago, IL) - December 29, 2014 Very wide white vertical stripe (about 2 inches) spoils product. It is as if the photos were sized for a slightly narrower cylinder.
