 Incredible Clarity!Took a portrait photo with my Iphone X and blowing it up on the tumbler, it came out incredibly clear! Only down fall I'd say is the 1/4 area which isn't covered... I would have preferred their logo watermarked in a corner of my image as opposed to having a massive white gap just for a horizontal logo.
Beyond that, the custom tumbler is an awesome gift!

This is such a great item! By Shopper (Athens, TN) - June 15, 2018 Sorry for my long story. But I admit it, I made a mistake. I'll never stray from PMall again, I promise. I saw an ad on Facebook for a Tervis tumbler that you could personalize with photos, and it looked like the perfect Mother's Day gift for my mom. I went to their website and designed a tumbler for her to take in her golf cart. I was so excited, but when I opened the package I immediately burst into tears. I was expecting the same quality I'm used to from PMall, especially for nearly $40, but this tumbler was a disaster. I called customer service twice & emailed photos but nobody would help me or remake the item. They told me the tumbler actually looks better than a lot of them that they make. WHAT?!? I couldn't give this to my sweet mom. I knew PMall would've done a better job, so I went to the website and entered the SAME EXACT PHOTOS. I have to tell you that the difference is amazing. The new tumbler came out perfect. I'll never stray again, I promise!

Love my Tumbler! Nothing makes me happier then drinking hot coffee from my tumbler and showing off my daughter's pictures!! My friends want to make their own mugs now :-)

Only thing I would like to see is the pictures wrap all the way around. It hasn't been used yet, so I can only comment on the appearance. But, it was very easy to create a memorable gift.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I've purchased several insulated type tumblers in the past but this one is amazing. I use it for iced tea. After 10 hours or more there is still ice in the mug. It keeps it cold all day. Well worth it. Love the personalization.

Great cup This is an awesome tumbler, holds a lot of liquids & keeps it hot/warm for a long time. Just be careful when you drunk your hot beverage, the sides never get hot so it's deceiving. The only bad side is the two inch strip of all white running all the way down one side. Too bad the pics don't cover the entire cup
