 Lovely door matI was very happy with the look and quality of this door mat. I bought one for each of my adult children that have bought houses this year and they are perfect! The quality was much better than expected. They are thick and look very classy! I think the surprise on my kids faces when they see their name in print is priceless.... they love these! I got a different one for each of them since there are so many choices and they really reflected their personality!

Personalized Doormat I was pleased with the printing but I was hoping that the rug was actually a woven fabric and not a print that looked like woven. But it was a great gift and WOULD order again.

Perfect! I was really happy with the product. The only thing was the Firt initial of my last Name needed to be Capital letter since it is a Name. Names,countries, etc should always be spelled with Capital Letters

It's a durable rug that is holding up well to my farm family of 4. My only disappointment was in me not closely reading the full description. I was caught off guard when I opened my package to reveal a picture of a burlap rug & it not actually BE a burlap rug. Again, my own fault for not reading all the details. I am happy with what I ordered, as described :)

The insert looks nice; however, is not attached to the rubber backing. I do wish something had been put in place so that the insert would stay put. It hasn't posed a problem as of yet, it just makes me a little nervous. All in all I am happy with my purchase.

As for the frame, I do not complaints about it--great quality. But the personalized mat was cut .5" smaller than the frame and also curling up slightly on the left hand side. Hopefully the newlyweds will be able to a heavy rock/brick on the left side to eliminate the curling.

Ok, not good quality By Shopper (Queen creek, AZ) - January 20, 2018 The printing looks good, the thickness of the rubber backing is only about a 1/4". I'm not sure it will last long if placed outside the door where I planned to put it. My biggest concern is that the top layer is cut crooked and smaller then the rubber backing. It looks awful and cheap. Only time will tell if this allows dirt and moisture to separate the layers faster. This is a gift and there isn't time to deal with a time line of return shipping, remaking, ect.

Doormat gift I purchased this doormat as a 5 year wedding anniversary for my husband, the design is nice, but thst extra $22 for the rubber mat is not worth it, they dont stick together and doesnt bring anything to hold them down together.

christmas shopper The personalized matt that fits in the middle of the heavy duty matt is not what I expected. it is more for decor than it is for removing dirt and debris.

Love mat I love the Mat i got it at a wonderful price the only thing I would love more is for the frame around it to not be so expensive and to come with it. Other then that it's great!

Separate pieces I ordered the mat and rubber tray as an anniversary gift for my son and daughter-in-law. I was confused when the mat and tray arrived in two separate pieces with no way to attach the mat to the tray. They wanted to use it outside the front door but can't because the wind in west Texas would blow the mat away. I gave this product 2 stars because the mat is good quality and estetically appealing. I would recommend the company supply hardware to attach the mat to the tray.

Not my favorite I have purchased many different rugs from here and this one is my least favorite. I wish the burlap appearance has more contrast and was a better picture. It doesn't appear as high quality as the the preview picture seems. I also purchased the rubber mat this time and it does not fit the inner mat. It is about 1 inch too big on the top and bottom.

I am disappointed in this doormat though. I know that the product description says that the "burlap" is printed in the background. However, it looks completely cheap and fake. I purchased this item as a gift and I'm not even sure that I want to give it. Definitely not the quality item I have come to know and love from PMall!

fall hazard and unevenly cut mat By Shopper (Somerset, NJ) - May 3, 2016 The size is not what is listed online and is cut unevenly. Printing so so but could be the fact that mat isn't cut properly. A definite fall hazard if you buy the mat tray they say it fits in. Replacement mat came with same issues, and both mats were different sizes, neither of which fit it the tray or were the specified size on the website.
