Engraved cutting board By Shopper (Osprey , FL) - November 19, 2016 Cutting board was very nice. Engraving was very nice. However the wood seems very dry. Bought a cutting board from a different company and they included board butter which really helps the look and dryness of the board.

Cutting board Ordered two of these for bridal showers i had. They were a hit! Had an issue with one of the boards and PM's customer service stepped right in and took care of it! Thank you PM!!

 Beautifful Presentation This board provides a beautiful presentation. I purchased close to 7 of them for friends and family for holiday gifts. However two of them cracked and no one put them in the dishwasher. It was very upsetting. The customer service at the company was wonderful. They replaced them and my friends were happy. I'm not sure why they must've been defective in some manner

Personalized cutting board Very pleased with quality.
My disappointment is that lower case letters are unavailable.
A word such as "AND" looks out of place when in between two first names:
Ex. JANE AND PETE

Disappointed The board itself is alright, but the personalization was disappointing. The lettering is very faint and not as dark as the pictures on the web site would show.

Cutting Board By Shopper (Lithia, FL) - August 18, 2015 Looks nice, but very rough. Not at all smooth. After two weeks the board was coming apart, so not very well put together. Extremely disappointed. It is now being used in the garage. Pretty expensive for the quality.
