Beautiful, Broken, Then Fixed - Definitely Recommend I have a thing for cutting boards, and this board was absolutely beautiful. It makes a wonderful special, unique, and functional gift. In fact it was so beautiful, my family at first refused to use it. Unfortunately, when I finally convinced them to months later, the board immediately split, which I attribute to likely a pre-existing fault in the wood. When I informed customer service, they sent me a new board, despite being so many months later. I have been very pleased with other products from this company as well, and cannot recommend them enough!
