very satisfied I got this as a gift for one of my daughters. She said the pictures were very clear and the product was very nice. The shipping was quick even though it was the peak time of the holiday season. The only thing that I could say was I thought the price was a little steep for only being able to have five pictures on the mug.

Love it The price of the mug could be lower, otherwise great mug! The quality of the pictures turned out to be really good. The process of selecting pictures and cropping them was a bit of a hassle.
Would definitely recommend, and oder another one for myself.

Love the photo tumbler We are so impressed with this tumbler. The photos look great. It came so quickly. Less than a week from when we submitted the order. We have only had it for a week now so I can't comment on how long it holds up. Hoping a while :)

Perfect gift I gave these tumbles as a Father's Day gift to my daycare father's. I have four children that I watch daily so I purchased four tumblers. The children loved picking out "the bestest" picture of them and their Daddy's. The Dads were so surprised and grateful; they loved being able to take their children with them every day. The best part was that one of the children's fathers is a Police Officer. He never knows how long a call will take, but now he doesn't have to come back to a cup of cold coffee. The drinks stay HOT for up to four hours. This is such a nice gift; anyone would love receiving this present.

Exactly As Pictured This mug will make a great father's day gift. It shipped out the next day and I received it two days later. Great quality and was exactly as pictured. Only downfall is that it is hand wash only, which my dad may not care for, but that is expected when purchasing a photo mug like this. All in all, a great product that turned out exactly how I wanted it.

She said she left her cup out all day and night and the ice was still in there when she went to refill her cup. The pictures came out so good and not all pixeled.

 Mostly satisfied Ordered four tumblers for grandchildren. They all were excited about their pictures on their cups but one was missing the black felt circle that sticks on the bottom of the tumbler.

5 Photos Personalized Message Travel Tumbler Tumbler turned out nice. It was a little difficult "cropping" the images I selected when working with your website using my iPhone, but got it done. Only minor detail with the tumbler was that it is too tall to fit under our Keurig "K-Cup" coffee machine. We have to brew the coffee in a large measuring cup...than pour it into the tumbler.

Great tumbler! Wonderful gift! Everything about this tumbler was to die for, except the huge white space that's left on the side. The description did infact explain that the pictures would fill 3/4 of the space but I think the empty space could be used for more photos to completely cover the tumbler. Besides that, my spouse was truly amazed by this gift for Father's Day.

Nice product This cup is well made and the pictures/text came out beautifully. I only wish it wrapped all the way around the cup instead of leaving 2" of the cup blank.

Personalized tumbler This item was easy to order and received very quickly. The images appeared a bit darker and less clearer than appeared when I ordered it, however, still looked acceptable.

Nice, tall, unique This is tall, narrow and has a tight-fitting top. Make sure your pictures are clear because they're not little on this tumbler! Very nice touch having the non-slip base to stick on.

Love it I love the product the only thing I didn't like was the cropping of the pictures I understand they can only be so big and everything but I just felt a couple of pictures I had chosen didn't look as I had it when ordered.

The only complaint I have is that I wish the font could be personalized. Otherwise, it is a great mug that my wife loves!

Looks cool, but.... By Shopper (Tallahassee, FL) - June 10, 2015 I got this for my husband for Father's Day. It looks great, but I was hoping for a larger opening (big enough to push a straw through the top). This cup is strictly for coffee, water, or the like. I was hoping to use it for smoothie drinks, but the top is certainly too small. He could still use it for a smoothie, but he will need to remove the top completely.

 Beware the PM logo is printed on the blank side of this bottleMy young son was excited to gift this item to a mentor at school; however, we were surprised when the item arrived to see a large Personalization Mall logo printed across the blank side of the bottle. In my opinion, it makes this gift look like a cheap/free promotional item.

 Not what I expected This is the first time ever over a few years that I have been disappointed with a product. It looks defective because the photos don't wrap around the container and there is a huge white blank space from top to bottom. They should of made the photos larger to cover the cup. I didn't return it because it's a Christmas gift and the Nana receiving it will love it anyway because the photos are of her grandchildren.
