cute The ornament is very cute. I just had a problem as the hole for the ribbon went right through the person's face on the pic on ornament. I am told that on my proof there was a red dot showing where the ribbon would go, but I never seen that. So be careful when proofing your pic.

engagement ornament although the item is a great idea for an engagement ornament, when i received it the hole for the ribbon was made through the head of the male in the picture wasn't a good idea. not happy with it

Wedding Gift By Shopper  (Middleboro, MA) - December 25, 2017 I thought this would be the perfect gift to go with a money gift card. It arrived sooner then expected which was great as the wedding was in England and I was afraid it wouldn't arrive in time. I'll admit the photo that I used was on the darker side but you could make out the definition and lines well enough. But when it transferred onto the ornament it was slightly darker which made the definition difficult to see. That was disappointing but I loved the idea so I would say make sure you use a bright enough photo so you don't run into the same problem and you will definitely be very happy with your purchase. They loved it - if there was a 3 1/2 I would have picked that....

Hard to Read By Shopper (BEAVER DAM, WI) - November 14, 2017 Like the over-all appearance of the ornament, however the personalization lines on the lower left are almost impossible to read with the naked eye if you have anything more than just a small word printed there.

Small but nice By Shopper (whittier, CA) - November 11, 2016 I bought this for an engagement gift. It was a great gift but I was very disappointed in the size of the print. It was very hard to read the smaller print on the ornament. I think it should have been a little larger and darker to read.

Photo edit problem I like the ornament, but the photo I chose did not sow up very well. I had to re-order with a better photo. I feel the photo edit function is not easy to use. Hence 3 stars. Hopefully my new ornament will be what I'm hoping for

just ok We have bought things from here in past, this has been our least liked. The writing on ornament is smaller and blurred more than expected. Although still ok for the inexpensive price.

Undesired Speckling I have ordered many products from this site, but this is the 1st that wasn't perfect. It seems like the font print bled a little & caused a few pin-head speckles on the ornament. Otherwise, the material & colors are really great.

Engagement ornament I was pleased with most of the ornament except the are were I place our engagement. It was so much smaller than all the print that it was hard to read.

I thought from the photo that it was clear glass, it's not. It is ceramic, a bit cheaper made than others I have gotten here, not really happy with the quality.

Engagement Couple I ordered this specifically for my son and his fiance since they were just engaged. The color of the photo is very washed out. It does not look like the original color at all. Very yellow and the photo is not centered as it should be. It did not transpose well at all. I have been ordering from PM for years and have always been satisfied.

Print and Personalization not very legible The image on the website makes this ornament appear to be a matte finish, however, it is actually a high gloss ceramic and the print/personalization font is too small and light to be very legible.

Poor quality My product had a hole punched through the face of my pictures that is very tacky and cant believe it was sent to me that way

Blurry I have ordered many things from here and I have never been disappointed, however, this time I am. The picture is very very blurry even though when selected it said that it was a high quality photo.

Cheap Looking I was very disappointed when this came in. The print was blurry and it wasn't very pretty. The gray looks better on the website. The ribbon is pretty cheap too. All in all nothing about it looks good. There's definitely many other nicer items out there to choose from. Too bad the picture on the website wasn't true to actual product. I feel ripped off.

Read me! First of all, I had to reorder this item. The first one I ordered, the picture appeared much darker than the actual photo was, so I manually lightened the original photo and reordered it. This is not a high quality item. The ribbon to attach to the ornament is thin and cheap looking. I'll be shopping for a replacement ribbon. So because I had to buy this twice, and I have to replace the ribbon, the value for the money is also poor. I won't be ordering from this sight again.
