After an email and sending pictures to customer service, I received a prompt reply and they immediately sent a new frame, I didn't even have to send the damaged one back. I will absolutely shop with Personalization Mall again! Can't recommend enough. Great products, even better customer service!

PERFECT BABY GIFT I have ordered many personalized baby frames from PM over the years as gifts for new parents. The frames are always true to what is shown on the website. This particular frame turned out perfectly. The baby’s stats and name look great and the pink and gray color will fit nicely with the colors in the new baby’s room. There was even enough room for the middle names, a combination of both grandmothers’ names! I am looking forward to giving this gift. I know the recipients will love its uniqueness.
