 Darling baby boy The frame is very nice, love the print on the wood, I was not too excited about the quality of the photo. I thought it would be printed into frame and not just as a picture. I don't think I was clear this is a picture frame

Cute frame I purchased this frame as a new baby gift. It turned out really nice. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have a hook to hang it on the wall. It only has a stand.

Exactly like image I bought this for my brother and sister in law's new son. They picked out the blue and yellow frame and we added all of the info. I was hoping the last name wouldn't look as neon yellow/green as it does in the images. Overall it's cute but I think the description should be tri-colored (blue, yellow, neon yellow/green) because it's not just yellow and blue. I have bought several items from personalization mall and this is my least favorite.

Looks great. Product arrived quickly. Colors look beautiful. It does have a glossy smooth finish which I didn't realize when ordering after reading it was wood I assumed rugged. Only thing I wish it had was a wall mounting option. Other than that product is great.

4x6 photo frame I have received two as gifts and ordered three of these frames over the years. The material quality has changed. My first two frames were made of a solid shiny acrylic material. Now they are lighter weight, dull and the glass opening has been replaced with plastic. Thinner, unstable tabletop stand attached to back of frame.

Not As Well Made as in Years Past The idea of this frame is beautiful! I purchased it for my first grandchild in 2018. Just purchased for my second grandson and was disappointed in the quality as compared to the first frame.

Unfortunately, there were some small chips in the paint that were clearly noticeable. Other than that, quality was good and product was worth it. Different from prior frames Disappointed in the painted on wood look. Have purchased this frame before and it had an acrylic overlay. Much nicer looking.

Somewhat disappointed in the color shade I have previously ordered four of the Grey/Blue frames. With is last order the colors are not the same, the grey is much lighter and the frame is white instead of black. I guess they changed manufactures and the color shades are a little different. Just wanted to let people know the shades are different is case you were thinking you were getting the same color as any previous orders. The grey background is much lighter that what is pictured for item #14861. I have 5 grandsons, four frames are the same and now one frame is different. The frame is still nice just different.

Unique frame- but with problems My picture frame arrived broken on the back where the stand is nailed into the frame. It was barely hanging on, so I super glued it in place.
Also, please be aware (as the description says but I must’ve missed) that it comes with a PLASTIC covering for the picture, instead of glass (like every other picture frame on the planet). It makes the frame look very cheap, so I had to buy a glass for the frame to make it look better.

Great, except... By Shopper (Longmont, CO) - November 23, 2020 I loved the front of this frame. My issue was the back. The easel part did not fit properly into the back. One corner of the easel was damaged like someone tried to force it into the space, therefore one edge was broken. We fixed it enough to basically work, but this was a gift and I was a little hesitant to give it, but ended up doing it. I figured you don't see the back. I have ordered many of these through the years and have never had this problem. Need better QC on products being shipped!

Darling Baby Boy Personalized Picture Frame By Shopper (Urbandale, IA) - December 15, 2019 I’ve ordered this frame before for two other grandchildren. Love everything about it. Except this frame had a slightly crushed corner that I colored in with a black sharpie marker. And extra white paint drops from the name are embedded in the frame. Yes, I got super fast delivery, but I’d rather wait a few days more for less imperfections.

Just ok I've purchased personalized baby frames from Personalize Mall several times in the past as gifts. This version was not my favorite. You can't change the font size and I find it hard to read the "date", "hour", and "weight". Also, the colors don't really "flow". I chose the blue/yellow and really didn't like it at all.

 Beware— not a glass insert. Fuzzy plasticI am so disappointed to report that these frames do NOT have a glass insert. It is a thin fuzzy plastic. Such a disappointment for a gift.

Darling Baby Boy I have purchased this item before and been very satisfied. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. The overall quality of the material was inferior and there were scratches/spots on some of the lettering. I was very disappointed having had great success in the past with this item.

Description I ordered one of these 4 years ago for grandson now I ordered same thing for 2nd grandson but it came and wasn’t the same very disappointed I wanted them to be the same. It was bigger by about 2 inches and had white around edges instead of black and not shiney (glossy) like 1st one was matte

 Be carefulMy friend just had her 3rd son. I bought this frame for the first 2 - same color, etc. I bought one last week for her 3rd. They changed the frame from glossy to mat and painted the sides white instead of black. The 3 are grouped together but the new one stands out like a sore thumb. Too bad I did not have the option to get the 3rd identical to the first 2. Just kind of ruins it.

Darling Baby Photo frame By Shopper (Port St. Lucie, FL) - December 16, 2021 The frame edges look like it was dropped and there was a scratch on the frame. I am going to try to paint and repair it before I give to my daughter for Christmas. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

No finishing I was charged for a frame that your company sent me unfinished. Then you give me 14 dollars backand some change like that was my mistake. What you should gave done was sent me the right frame.
