please the unpleaseable My mother is very particular about her things. She only likes well made, classy looking things and is very critical about most things. I bought this for her for her birthday expecting a thank you and words of how the company "should of..." But No! She absolutely loved it! I'm buying a replacement insert mat for her for Christmas. It will probably be the only present she doesn't find anything wrong with.

Great item! We love how our door mat came out! Great quality and love how you can personalize it with what ever you want! The only thing I would say is that the color is a little too light. We almost don't want to step on it so that it doesn't get dirty! Other than that, it is great.
