 Beautiful productI know I am supposed to focus on the product but let me just say that I loved shopping on this website. It was easy to navigate and to find exactly what I had envisioned as a personalized gift for my parents. Now as for the product itself I was beyond satisfied when it arrived and I saw the quality of the wood and the beauty of the personalization. I am definitely looking forward to next Christmas when I can order other products in this same pattern. Maybe it will become a Christmas tradition.

The engraving was beautiful and the quality of the board is wonderful with the graining. This is not an item I would stick in a cupboard when not in use. Shipping was super fast.  Personalized cutting boardLoved the cutting board. Engraving could have been larger though. Would recommend to engrave back not the front of board with grooves so engraving not damaged when using board.

Cutting board I do like my cutting board. My only complaint would be is the the lettering I chose is barely visible. I would have liked it darker so that it stands out better. The quality is good, the right size.. I bought the stand to display it when I'm not using it. I would recommend it to anyone even with my complaint. Thank you.

product features By Shopper - January 8, 2017 I was pleased with my order but I thought their would be more darker grain in the boards. The one I ordered for myself looked like the picture. The all light ones were pretty too but I guess it depends on the grain in the wood.

Looks great. It's looks very nice and wood is solid. Only thing I was disappointed in is the wood variation that looks dark in the picture was actually very light In person but I know each piece of wood may be different

 Cutting board redo reviewOriginally, was disappointed in 1st board ordered. Inscription was not dark enough and could not be seen through grain. Customer svc was terrific and replaced board immediately. Second board is better, but I recommend that they either deepen the inscription or change all the fonts to bold. The board itself is a good weight and the wood can have large grain streaks. On both boards, I can see traces of the router marks in the handles. Overall, it would make a terrific gift if the quality was pushed up one or two notches. I wish I had paid the sale price instead of full.

Hard to read By Shopper (Sparta, NJ) - December 22, 2014 I love the quality of the board. I was very disappointed that the messages that seemed to stand out on the preview were hard to read. It just blends in. It will still be a nice gift but I won't order another. Also I believe the script is smaller than shown.

 Wrong name on my boardWell, thankfully I opened the box before I gave it to my client as a closing gift for a home sale.
It had the wrong inscription and name on the board. They made it right though and just in time. Sent it Federal Express for arrival on the day before my closing. It was perfect. It is a little thinner than I would have liked but for this price, a good deal.

Production issue I have ordered about 6 various personalized cutting boards ovr the past 6 months and I have really liked them all with the exception of this one. I ordered and sent to friend in Colorado and upon visiting them was disappointed that the writing was barely visible on the top personalization because the dark wood stripe (shown in the middle of the board) was on the bottom of the board not the top. You could see the bottom writing on the dark stripe of wood but the top was so faint you almost could not see it. Maybe on this type of wood only certain types of writing could be recommended that would make it more visible since the dark stripe varies.
