They do not fade from sunlight, but they do tend to adhere dirt to the lighter color mats... so no dirty shoes on them!! Get a darker color mat if you have a lot of traffic through your front door.

Very happy with this doormat I ordered this doormat as a house warming gift for my niece and her husband. They were so excited when they opened this gift, they loved it. They wanted to put it in a frame and hang it some where in their house, didn't want to put it at any of their doors and have someone get it dirty. I'm sure they will enjoy this for years to come. I will be ordering more for Christmas gifts this year.

Door mat I bought the mat without the black rubber rim. It's absolutely beautiful! I'd have preferrred the black rim but I thought that was way to expensive. I am happy without it however. I had 25% off so awesome product for the money! Looks great!
