Happy customer looks great at my front door, perfect size not too big, not too small, the only reason I gate it a 4 not a 5 was because I WOULD OF LOVED IT WITH THE RUBBER BACKING, but honestly it was way too much $22 just for the backing, i wish it would of been cheaper to be able to afford it.

Somewhat disappointed By Shopper (Las Vegas, NV) - March 18, 2016 The name I had put on the mat ended with the letter "Z" and it doesn't really look like an obvious "Z". In addition, I paid the extra $20 for the rubber back but, didn't realize until I received it that the mat is not attached but simply sits in an indentation. Since I purchased it for a gift I'm not sure if the mat will stay in place as it's walked on. I didn't notice anything in the description about it coming in two separate pieces. And there wasn't an insert in the package with information on what you can use to affix the mat to the rubber back.

 Bar Code StickersI ordered 6 doormats to replace old ones. I had ordered them a couple of years ago and my family loved them. The factory or whom ever placed the UPC bar code stickers on the top of the mats. When I removed the tags every mat was all fuzzy from the tag. Those tags should of been put underneath the mat not on top. I was so disappointed. I did call customer service. They are going to replace them all. Thank you for correcting the mistake.

my opinion Letter printing was so dull you could barely read it.It didn't look like it is pictured.
