I called Personalization.com representative, and they were representative, very accommodating. Within a couple of weeks, I received a much improved new mug. They are very reputable company. I ordered two pieces, the other one was so perfect but the other one was broken probably from shipping. Called to tell them about it and they sent me a replacement right away without any questions asked. They were very nice. Perfect gift for a new Grandpa I am not the best person when coming to downloading and computers, but I have to say the process to create this mug was so easy! Step by step directions and easy to follow instructions on how to make sure all the pictures fit perfectly. I was a little nervous about the finished product (since I was the one who created it) but when it arrived I was beyond thrilled! The quality of the mug is super and I am sure it will be my husbands favorite gift this year for Christmas!
