Made a mug for my sister with my nieces last 3 years of pictures with Santa on it. Pictures came out nice. Only difficult part is the picture had to be cropped out more than I wanted it to, to get it to fit on the mug. Other than that it turned out great.

i ordered multiple iteams before Christmas as gifts. They all arrived on time except one mug. On the 3rd try the mug was perfect. The first one picture was smudged and they shipped the wrong one on the 2nd try. Customer service was very nice and quick to make it right without a hassle. Will order again.

Got this for my wife for Christmas but the pictures do not look like they do when I viewed the personalization when purchasing. The pictures are different colors and not what I ordered. I wouldn’t waste your time with this one.

I was super disappointed in my items. The pictures came out fuzzy. Customer service remade them, but it was the same problem. Now I cannot get an email back. I had to order from another website to fulfill my order before Christmas.
