 Father's Day Rubik's cubesBy Shopper  (Victoria, TX) - June 9, 2021 I first ordered a Rubik's cube three years ago, before they switched to 4-sides only of photos. My son absolutely loved it, but his boys started playing with it and he couldn't get it back in place. Although I have not seen my orders because I had them shipped directly to my sons for Fathers Day, I know they will truly love it because I was able to include photos of both their Grandpas and their Dad (who recently passed away). I know they will treasure this. Your company always does quality work.

Personalized Rubiks Cube Overall it’s a cool product. Choose your photos carefully a couple of my photos were cut directly through the face in the picture. The cube is small so if your picture has faces they could be cut up.

Fun gift Nice end result, have to adjust the pictures to ensure the look you want otherwise the cubes place line in odd places.

Rubik's cube - things to know By Shopper (Winter Garden, FL) - July 19, 2020 While I love the idea and the cube turned out great I will issue this warning. The photo's wore off after three days of really working the cube. As well - people do not realize that the center peice rotates as well and where you can appear to have solved the entire cube, the middle picture is not in the correct orientation, this causes great frustration - my huysband ended up taking the cube apart after solving it 8 times and each time two of the center peices were still not correct - he said he would never mix it up again and he put it in our curio cabinet as a show piece. I notified the company and they sent me another cube that has the photos that you can clearly see and we have that one in the cabinet as well - I love the cube but I am not sure this is really one to 'play' with.

Cute but scratches easily The product was really cute and my husband loved getting it for Father’s Day. The main issue was that as soon as he begin to solve the cube the pictures starting scratching off in places. So now his cube has marks all over it. If you are going to get one it needs to be more for decoration and not for someone who actually plays the game.

It’s ok By Shopper (North Brunswick, NJ) - December 5, 2019 I wanted to give this 5 stars so badly. It’s such a great idea. But when the pictures are on there, some are weird looking and even hard to tell what they are because of where the spaces are. And one of my pictures is stretched in a very odd way which is weird too. I would have given it fewer stars but the idea is so cool that I couldn’t. In theory, an awesome gift but execution is not what I had expected.

Good quality but a bit small Cute idea for a Rubik's cube fan. Photos were correctly centered, exactly as they appeared on customization tool. Photo quality is very good. Cube is a bit small at 2 1/4".

Wonderful gift! My grandson is into Rubik’s cubes and collects them. This one is special. I chose vacation photos to personalize it for him. The website was very user friendly. I was able to crop and edit the pictures to fit the space. The best feature was being able to move the photo around so the faces were not split up into separate squares. Very simple to do!
I would have given it five stars, but it could have been just a little bigger. It’s smaller than a traditional Rubik’s. Cant wait for him to open it on Christmas!

Cool Gift! My husband received one of these for Father’s Day. He can solve a normal cube in about 3 minutes. This one was more challenging and he liked that, but the picture stickers were scratching and peeling as he turned it. He said now that’s it’s solved, he will never mess it up again because he doesn’t want to ruin it, but it’s still a cool gift!

Great Gift for Kids Colors where not as bright as I would have liked but my nephew loved his own personal rubkis cube with his own personal pictures. Great Birthday Gift.

Photo selection Cute idea. Photos didn't line up in the end product as well as the examples. The lines in between the squares was larger. I would have positioned them differently

Wonderful By Shopper (Bronx, NY) - December 18, 2016 I bought this for my boyfriend, gave it to him as an early Christmas gift and he absolutely loved it. To be honest, I was a little worried that it was unsolvable but it appears not! He was able to solve it in about an hour as a regular Rubik's Cube usually takes him 1.5 minutes to solve.
When he was done solving it, some of the pictures became worn so we decided that it was more for visual enjoyment than solving which was absolutely fine with us. Not all of the pictures came facing the same way, some picture was sideways and the others right side up but it didn't bother me or my boyfriend.
I'm so glad I made this purchase! It was difficult to find pictures that didn't get cut off by the squares and fit into the crop nicely. Nonetheless, it was so fun to personalize this gift and giving it was the best. Paying an extra few dollars to have it gift wrapped was worth it as well. This is a great gift to anyone who loves Rubik's Cubes!! It's totally solvable we promise!!

Good gift for that Rubik's cube fan My grandson loves doing Rubik's cube, so this is a great find for the 9 y.o. that has everything. I was a little surprised how small it was compared to the traditional Rubik's cube. I ordered a gift box and that was a waste of money because it already comes boxed. I look forward to giving him at Christmas.

A fun gift. By Shopper (Yarmouth, ME) - October 23, 2016 It's a fun, personal gift for the right person. We did 7 for a grandchildren and are happy with the results. There are some caveats.
1. The website is not the easiest or most intuitive to work with. It took us several tries to figure it out.
2. It takes some time to get each one right.
3. Be careful lining up the photos. The lines between the small squares may cross right across the part of the photo (eyes or faces) that you want to show.
4. They are smaller than we expected, about 2 cms. smaller on a side than the the standard Rubics cube.
I think that they are a bit pricey, but then they are a one off gift.
Nonetheless, they are worth the effort.

Great present but small I gave this to my father for Father's Day and he absolutely loved having it with photos of his children and grandchildren. However when I first received it in the mail I was shocked at how small it was, I mean so tiny. Make sure you read the specs for measurements. I didn't because I figured all Rubik cubes where the same size. This is a mini version but still a great present.

Satisfied By Shopper (El Paso, TX) - June 12, 2015 Just like other reviews state, when I opened the box and took the cube out for the first time, the stickers were already peeling off, which is a bummer. However, I might just try to mod podge them and see if that will make them stay. As far as the picture blocks, I am satisfied with how well they match the display shown to me when editing them. Overall, I am very satisfied and think my husband (who is a Rubik's Cube fanatic) will love it.

Good idea, but little The Rubik's cube is a lot smaller than a normal Rubkik's cube. I like the concept of it, and the product I recieved was pretty good. Some of the pictures came out a lot better than others. I wish I could have seen a preview so I could know if there were pictures that wouldn't look good so that I could use a different picture. I'm not sending it back, because even though a few don't look great the overall gift is awesome. I think it's a really cool gift, and even if not 100% perfect, it's still so unique I'm excited to give it, and can't wait to see their reaction.

Personalized Rubiks Cube I was expecting it to be the size of a regular rubiks cube and was suprised it was a lot smaller. But overall the pictures turned out great and he loved his gift.

only downside is the pictures sometimes cut off your face in certain pictures.
i would recommend allowing customers to re-position pictures themselves so they can definitely be satisfied with what gets cropped and what stays.

Extremely creative gift This was a great gift my bf loved I put photos of our daughter on all sides of the cube but there were a couple pics that didn't come out as great cuz her head was cut off a little just be aware of the size of pics you put on here I plan to buy another one and put bigger pics on it :)

Unique Birthday present I ordered this for my son's 21st Birthday and used 6 different photos of his life; from him as a baby in a float in the pool - to his wife, him and their pug! He thought it was awesome! (his words) He is also a Rubik's cube genious and it was very fitting for him. It was shipped within 5 days of ordering and arrived within plenty of time for his Birthday - Feb. 2nd. Great gift idea for anyone who has ever tried to solve the cube or for those who solve it in their sleep! It does operate very nicely, too.

Awesome The finished product is awesome. This is a great show and tell item. I knocked off a star because the photos are just stickers. The photos should have been laminated to help it hold up better and for aesthetics. Also, they really should give the customer a chance to see the location of the Rubik's Cube's cracks. The 3 close ups I submitted cut off the subject's head. Whereas the 3 body shots I submitted did not. Strangely, the directions recommend close ups.
